The truck was very old and handled poorly. The steering was loose and the timing was slipping. It sounded like the truck was going to blow up between 20-30mph. It was a clean truck and very friendly associates inside the office.

Returned the uhaul with a 1/4 of gas as I was told and I took a picture. They claim it had 1/8 tank and charged me for fuel and mileage when I was told unlimited mileage when I rented it.

I’m actually waiting for a call back from a regional manager for issues I had with my reservation. I also ordered a dolly but there was no dolly with the truck. The truck was great, no problems. My issue was the reservation side. The truck ended up costing me $80 more than it originally should have been.

Everything was easy to do to reserve the truck online. The free storage unit for 1 month with 1 way rental was a major savings as well as very helpful. The people I interacted with during pick up and drop off were polite and professional. I will use U-Haul again.

Their website says they r open 11-2. We went there to rent a uhaul and no one was there to do it. Don't advertise u r open to do it then not be there.

This is the second time I have rented from them. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the person to check me in. They weren’t even there. The guy asked me to let him take a picture of my debit card and license. I would never do that for anyone. I won’t be renting from there again. I will go across town.

The check-out by phone was frustrating. There are no helpful instructions on how to use it. I was not aware my phone was turned off for the camera app, so I could not take pictures of the mileage and gas to submit. Better instructions and helpful hints would be appreciated.
