The cabin of the truck was filled with cockroaches. We purchased spray and still they were everywhere on the seats, the seat belts, and floor. Called Uhaul customer service and was informed that a supervisor would be calling me back but no one had contacted me back.

The truck had no gas when given to me. I returned it with gas. The miles they quoted me as driving was impossible. I rent trucks at least twice a year I’ve never used that many miles.

the guy that work 3/30 sunday did a great job, i came from a location down the street because they didn’t have any trucks i needed. The gentleman went above and beyond to make my move easy.

It is hard to find the truck. It was to dark to check the truck. Back door locked but no key. Customer can not or did not will to resolve my problem. The experience can not be worse.

The tank was empty! When i come back to discuss, 2.46 pm, office was closed , but you bill me $37.00! No fair! The treatment of employee was excellent, but tank was almost empty.

Pick up was easy and fast. Assistance was provided when I had questions. I needed the truck for several more Hours than my original rental Time and they gave it to me without a hassle and without charge.

No legit business to pick up trailer from. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes for someone to show up, I was told that we needed to use my personal truck to hookup and move another trailer before they would allow me to use the unit that I rented. Not because it was blocked in, but because they needed another trailer moved around to another property. Put us over an hour behind schedule. When they finally showed me where my trailer was, it was a VERY tight squeeze, and they wouldn’t move another Uhaul truck to allow me to access the trailer that I rented. Managed to get it hooked up, with zero assistance from the person “working” for Uhaul. They never once checked that the trailer was secure. Had the customers doing everything, in the rain. They never provided me with any paperwork or confirmation. 15-20 min later I get a text stating that I need to pull off the highway and take a bunch of pics to complete the rental process. Got to my destination, and the inside of the trailer smelled like old seafood. Noticed that there was one or two lights that were completely missing with connectors/wires that were very worn/dirty like they had been gone for a while. Overall experience was terrible. I will never be using this location again.

This reservation was never used, the place does not have a reception for truck pick up, I never received a code to access the keys, I never got a phone call and your chat is a disaster, the person I contacted never solved my problem. This place is a disaster, I subsequently called Uhaul and put the complaint under reference # 5054951. Please credit me the amounts you are charging me for this reservation otherwise I will have to escalate the case with my bank to decline this transaction.

Truck was dirty, air conditioner did not function and I was overcharged (9 gallons) after putting less than 50 miles and adding back three gallons of gas.

They charged me for 40 miles extra I didn't drive. I used 56 miles I was charged for 99miles. Don't trust this people

The whole process was overwhelming. My original pick up time was 8am I did not get my rental until 11am. The gentleman who owned the location was a great help and the ladies at the Florida center were unprofessional

No one is at the location to get the truck and the to return it. No clear directions on how to approach this. Took 20-30 until someone showed up to give me the keys. Then, it took another 30 min to get someone over the phone to direct me to drop off the key. Could not close the contract as I was overcharged almost double. The service rep advised to leave the keys in the lockbox and call the following day to close the contract. The (800) 542-2675 didn't help, as they only tried contacting the site manager. Anytime he picked up, he was always not available to do anything as he's always away from the system. Multiple times told me he'll call me back, but never did. I've rented U-haul many times and never had these type of issues. This is horrible. I'm getting double charged and no customer service to assist. Will never use this location again and will alert others to do the same.

I have been to this location 2 previous visits and had issues with pick up of equipment. There keys have not been in the lockbox, no one at the store location, during the open hours, and encounter other customers experiencing g similar issues. I encountered additional mileage on this rental because I had to make additional trips to pick up my load because of the delay in picking up equipment.

There was no one there when I arrived. A man who happened to be there at the bar next door was the one who helped me contact the manager to let them know I’m there to pick up my U-Haul. There was at least a 30 minute delay before I got my truck.

1 hr on the phone to pick the truck up, your system can’t process my license and didn’t send me any message. Once I got the truck and reach my first destination the appliance’s dolly wasn’t in the truck, your solution…. Came back and talk with the guy at the restaurant! Almost two hr for start my journey, and 10 miles more that you are charging me for your mistakes. A nightmare.

Never ever drop off here. Never open, never answers phone and denied I dropped of trailer. Good thing I took pictures. Go to U-Haul in Pembroke and Ask for Anthony. Terrific experience here and helped me deal with SCAM location.

Never use that location! Completely unprofessional and fraudulent. After returned truck in same fuel level as picked up, made and submitted pictures with fuel level and mileage, have a receipt with empty fuel tank and $80 charged for refueling. Will send a complaint and open fraud investigation over my credit card

This is the biggest joke for a U-Haul pick up ever. The people are completely incompetent. The equipment was filthy, dirty and not to mention unsafe cracked windshield on the driver side check engine lights on low in operable tires. We had to have service come out twice to fix the rear tires. we picked it up. It smelled like somebody had been living in it. When we try to exchange it, they explained the only person that could do. That was their boss. It had to go through corporate. When I spoke to U-Haul, they were very helpful, making things easy as an exchange, but when my guys returned to take care of it , they were again told there was nothing they could do. Complete incompetency on part of this location again better as a quickie mart

Location very difficult to find. Once the location was confirmed after having to call customer service. The transaction was then processed by phone with someone we never saw in person. We then had to leave that location, following someone approximately 2 miles away to pick up the trailer. I have not yet received a receipt following the return.
