The cargo was very dirty I had to wash the back before putting items inside. I have never had this kind of experience before. I had to spray air spray into the whole cargo and wipe the steering wheel door knobs and handles with disinfectant wipes. I was supposed to pick up from another location but was rerouted to this location. I was desperate as that was the only day I could move before month end that's why I went through cleaning. I can still smell the car. It was a horrible horrible experience for me. I've had great experience with uhaul in the past like a decade ago but yesterday was too too bad. I implore uhaul to maintain its equipments better especially the ones that are at pick and drop off locations. I had to ask the lady when last the cargo was washed she said April 7 its either the date is wrong or someone who had the van after that had animals live in there for a few days without cleaning. It also smelled like poop. It was really bad. Please do better. It was ridiculous

The issue wasn’t the location but my experience with U-Haul as a whole. I was told I was receiving a 10ft truck but was given a 15 ft the night before. I was also told there was no 10 ft trucks in Guelph, or any surrounding cities. When I arrived there was a 10 ft truck sitting in the lot. I had also added on a dolly and was told they don’t have any dolly’s at the location when I arrived. For the amount I paid I thought I’d receive what I requested especially during such a high stress time. The person at the location was great and I understand it wasn’t his fault but I’m disappointed with U-Haul and will not be using them again.

ALYSSA IThe sprayers for the windshield wiper fluid did not work in the truck. I had to stop several times during my trip to Ottawa at gas stations so I could clean the windshield.

Carrie SI ordered a dolley to help with my load but wasn't provided. This caused extra carrying and was the main cause as to why I was late in returning the truck.
