The moving pads that I had reserved were not available, so I had to go to another location to pick them up, which cost me about an hour of extra time. The wiper blades on the truck need to be replaced.

I dropped off the truck at night. When I got home I received an email that asked me to send pictures and other information via an email. I was not aware of this requirement so I didn’t do. This should of been explained when I picked up the truck.

I've rented multiple trucks/vans from this location. It's easy to access, and it is adjacent to a gas station. The staff have always been both friendly and helpful, and the equipment has been pretty clean at pickup. Thanks!

Lack of communication between uhaul and me. I reserved an appliance dolly. It wasn’t there on pickup and store wasn’t open when it was supposed to be. When I finally got in contact with employee over phone he said uhaul was supposed to contact me to let me know they didnt have an appliance dolly for me to borrow... which they never told me.

The location at 104 Lakewood is closed, remove it from the internet please. There's also a huge truck someone turned in there that is going unused. Neighbors said it's been there awhile.

Overall the constant back and forth changing our rental often several times in the same day was extremely frustrating. At one point, the rental vehicle was less than what I had ordered. It was awful. In fact, we went to wrong location to pick up vehicle because rental was changed once again at last minute. Then when we did arrive at correct location, it was very confusing as to where to get key, as location was not open till 9. I would not recommend use of U-Haul again because of this

I was a little concerned at first because you have to go behind the building to get to the door but - The guy was SO nice and helpful. I had my baby with me and he hooked up the trailer for me and checked my lights, he made it so easy. I WILL be going back and recommending this location to everyone.

When I booked my reservation I was supposed to pick it up in Garner, and this was confirmed. Then I was informed I had to travel to Fuquay Varina for my pick up, which is much further away. If I am confirmed to pick the vehicle up at a location, I should have been able to pick it up there and not had to travel out of my way to get it. I feel it is the responsibility of UHAUL to make sure the vehicle I requested and had a confirmed reservation of was at the correct location.

Full tanks should really be full, not just scrapping the full line because that means a few gallons were already used and unless someone buys 1 gallon at a time to refill the tank after use, some customer is gonna get screwed. That was me. 41 miles with a practically empty van, just me and a 50 pound item does not equate 5+ gallons of fuel. This has soured me somewhat to this location.

I had to unhook the trailer from my vehicle and I asked the gentleman was this standard he said it’s something new that all uhaul places do when I picked the trailer up I didn’t attached it to my vehicle my hands got dirty they didn’t have a restroom or a place for me to wash my hands afterwards
