Truck had food trash in it when picked up, and I requested moving blankets and they weren't in the truck. Tried to go inside the location to reconcile my order and they weren't open even they were supposed to be.

One of the two tires only had 10 lb of air in it. It wasn't even noticeable until I loaded the trailer. Luckily there was a gas station a couple hundred yards away and I was able to go put air in the tire and make it home.

It's hard to rate just a field for drop-off. We managed to find it, and after talking to another business owner, he showed us a box for the truck key. We just left the 5x8 next to the truck. So it was a bit unsettling when we arrived in the time frame that someone would be there. It's a New Normal!

This was a drop-off during business hours but no one was there. It was essentially a parking lot. The man on the phone said to drop the key in the slot. We could not find the slot until a nearby business owner helped us.

We reserved the truck for 1:30. Office was locked when we arrived. The lady in the nail shop called him. He was there quickly....about ten min. wait. One suggestion: leave a note if you're running late.

Allow me to pick up the reserved vehicle at the location I reserved it to be picked up from, had to spend extra money because I was forced to pick up the vehicle at a farther away location.

The truck was dirty when I picked it up. It had only half a tank of gas. There was trash in the cab and in the back of the truck that I had to throw away on my own.

This was a very sketchy location and I would not feel comfortable sending my wife or teenager here. The entrance was in the back of a building and did not appear to be legit at first. The person working in the location refused to put on a mask when I requested that he do that when working with me. I will not go back to this location.

The gentleman was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. I needed to make a last second change upon pick up and he took care of it with no delay or complaint. He also came out to help hook up [the trailer] and see us off. I will definitely use this location again.

Not everyone renting moving equipment knows all important details. I think post checks should be made of equipment should be mandatory and documented upon equipment returns. Had this been performed I believe my long distance trip would not have been delayed by more than six hours.

The person working this location was 25 minutes late (was supposed to open at 9:00) which set a good bit of the people waiting for him back on their time frame. He was unapologetic, unprofessional and very unorganized. Everybody has bad days, I get it. I would also not typically write a bad review on a place. However, after doing some research it seems as though these are recurring and almost normal standard operating procedures for this UHAUL location. Avoid if you can.

Experience was okay. Not a bad location for online pickup and drop off. Truck was pretty dirty. Even though I filled it up before dropping it off I was stil charged $2.69 for gas. Never had a location squeeze every drop in to the tank.

Please keep some more vehicles tp fulfill the requirements of customers. Service was faster than expected, just around 3 minutes and we"re on the road to get our job done. Vow . Return process was also simpler. Keep it up.

I was charged for gas when I put gas in before returning.....I was charged 1.19 a mile when the internet stated .89 per mile.Not good to slip in these little charges, I expect a refund

I was well pleased this time in renting equipment from uhaul. Your employee was very helpful and efficent at his job. I will choose this place next time if i am in need of a uhaul.

No regard for protection against the virus spread. Didn't wear a mask and when asked about it, said the death rate is low enough to not have to worry. Hours of operation said they were open until 1pm but when called, said i had to be there by 11am because they had some place to be. Trailer itself did the job, but we won't be renting from this facility again.

The personnel are very unhelpful in hooking up other than to tell customers "go find a trailer and pull it up to the door", then they record what trailer number is being rented. There is no assistance in hooking up, other than to check the trailer number. In picking up a 6x12 trailer, this requires more than 2 people to lift up onto the hitch. The lack of assistance from the location personnel combined with the trailers sitting on a slight slope made it almost impossible to hook up except that another customer assisted.

No one around to help me but the convenient "after hours" drop off worked fine. If you don't exactly follow the after hours drop off procedures, it'll cost an extra $20. Learned the hard way on that.

Pick up of trailer was fine. Dropping off was an issue. I was told the store would open at 9am, I arrived at 9:04am, but no one was there and the doors were locked. I waited 20min, but still no one showed up. I dropped off the trailer where I picked it up before and left. I called the store and got a voicemail saying “leave a message “ and it didn't even identify itself as a U-Haul location. To insure that someone knew I had returned the trailer, I called the 800 number and explained the situation the person on the phone recorded my info. Not a good way to run a business.

I set up my pick up on line and you sent me to a uhaul representative that did not even rent out the trailer I ordered. There needs to be better communication between corporate and retailers

Van was not clean. Charge machine was broken. Could not take picture of Driving licence on the mat, but toke picture with his personal phone. I did not feel comfortable with him doing that and ask him would he delete my driver license from his phone. I dont know if he did. I will not use that store again. Not good business representation for the U-Haul company. I guess everyone what's to be in business, but does not deserve and should not be in business!!!

The bed of the truck had to be swept out before loading could begin. There was also large piece of glass left behind. The person that helped me upon checking in was very professional

This was my first uhaul rental experience. It was excellent. He was so helpful. It was quick and easy and such a smooth process. We had tried to do it through the mobile but found it was much easier just to have him do the process for us. The verification process was taking longer than it took him just to finish it up.

Had mobile pickup that didn't work. Called customer service and was hung up on twice with no resolution. Location didn't open til 10 am(was late opening) When I first booked on line I also called to inquire about the mobile pickup process. Never was told that if I was a minute late to pick up, my reservation would not work. Customer service tried to reset twice and still didn't work. I spent an hour in parking lot location on the phone with customer service and finally employee showed up (late). Other customers there waiting as well. Stressful start and waste of time.

I just looked at my checking account. It looks like I was double charged which will cause me to overdraft. The amounts showing are not the amounts I was told when I left so I dont know if that amount is going to hit in the am.

You can have your rep show up on time to open the business. I waited 25 minutes for him, after confirming a 9am pickup. Also, he claimed that his printer was broken, and I could not receive any hard copies of my documents. I did not like that at all!
