We returned after hours. Had to call ourselves the next day. No notification that we were being charged for 1.4miles of overage. It probably cost more to run the transaction…
CLIFTON JI returned my trailer 6 days ago, get received a text asking me when I would be returning my equipment. I then called to try and clear things up, and after calling I continued to receive texts with suggested locations for me to return the trailer. This does not make me feel very good about the service I received, or that I might be overcharged for keeping the equipment for too long. It is unacceptable.
Christopher TLocation was close to my home and easy to access. Plenty of room to back up and drop trailer. Did not interact with any employees since it was a contactless drop off.

Tammie HNo indicated parking lanes just have to park next to the other rentals. Grass grown up around the trucks so I was walking in 2ft tall grass to take pictures for the check in, and no one there to ask questions.
JACOB FThe office is not welcoming, trashy, unfriendly service, you are in front of a person that is checking you in and there is no conversation, you asume that he is working on your check in and just that. You have to pull the words from his mouth when you ask questions. The office opens at 9:30a but it is not on time. Very frustrating. We spent a considerable amount in 3 26f trucks, I want to know details before I sign, just don't tell me "sign here"

MICHAEL NThe employee there was extremely short and rude when I asked to extend the reservation of my truck. In addition, this location does not allow you to leave your vehicle over night. The truck itself had someone's old mug and a very old spill of coffee left very visible on the dash. I'd drive an extra 10 miles to avoid this place all together.

John WI was charged “Safe Move” coverage fee of $15, when I had rejected all insurance when reserving my UHaul truck online. I don’t know how to reverse the charge and if the location above will do it for me. They were closed when I went back to them and it is also inconvenient for me to go there trying to find them, as they don’t pick up the phone. Another problem was they never contacted me to give me the actual pickup location and I went to the preferred location who told me they did not have my truck and I needed to go to this place mentioned above.

Anthony LU-Haul reservations told me to return the truck to a Holly Springs location. I went there and backed in the truck and then the worker onsite told me they don't take one way returns and I had to go to another location. Very inconvenient.
Richard WWe needed furniture pads and a dolly which were on the original reservation until U-Haul moved us to the location above. All that was in the truck was an appliance dolly. Worst experience with U-Haul ever....

Sarah TThey didn’t have a truck ready when we reserved it for. Had to wait an hour for them to open. The person could not find the key for the one we were supposed to have. Movers were waiting for us at the storage unit. My husband took pictures of starting mileage and ending mileage. Was over charged for mileage by 50 miles. While on the phone with Uhaul that morning we said we wanted to put in a complaint about no truck being ready. Now that we see the bill and compared the mileage we should get reimbursed for mileage over charge.
Ralph PThis is a very simple pickup and drop off spot with almost no facilities, but the person working there was fast and efficient. He offered and I let him back the trailer up to the spot he wanted it parked, then we were on our way. No hassle.

Matthew BI originally rented a 15 foot truck via my mobile app over a week before I was scheduled to pick up my truck in Cary, NC. An hour before I was leaving to get my truck I received a message that no trucks were available. I called the location and they told me I needed to call the U-haul 800#. I was on hold for an hour and transferred 3 times before someone found me a 20 foot truck in Fuquay. The person in Fuquay was very nice and the truck I got was new, but my overall experience with U-haul was extremely poor.

Stacy MThis particular truck needs a lot of work. The steering is loose, breaks are subpar, engine sounds like it’s struggling to regain speed after stopping, and the passenger door barely opens and makes awful sounds thanks to the dent in the body panel on the hinge side.

Janice DThe overall experience was good. The truck was easy to drive, clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was with the app. It wouldn't upload anything. It kept starting over at the beginning when you were close to completing a task. So I'd say the app is a GIANT headache! The gentleman at the location was a life saver. Very helpful!

Anthony SThe truck was mostly clean but there were food crumbs and residue inside the cab. Also the clerk inside was super rude. Just with the way he talked to us, I’d rather go somewhere else than ever return there.

Kevin HI did not even have to go inside. Rep came out shortly after I pulled up. We parked the trailer and he said I'm all set receipt will be emailed to me.
chuck sHad an equipment reservation and equipment was not available, was given different equipment and contract wasn't changed to reflect it. Then dropped off the trailer to the same location less than 24 hours later. I get an email saying I was charged 840 dollars for a wrong drop off and that the equipment was dropped off a day later than when I dropped off the equipment.
Joel TThey were so late to open the store we had to call other nearby stores to see if we could get a truck from them. Very unprofessional and disappointing as we had movers waiting for the truck. I would highly recommend NOT using this location to everyone.

Mariannne SPicking up the truck from location was sketchy at best. A guy sitting in the back of what looks like an abandoned storefront. Couldn’t have been less excited to be waiting on customers. Location did not have the appliance hand truck we ordered. First truck they gave us had garbage and a box spring and Mattress in the back. Second truck was ok. The best part about this location is the drop off box outside the building. Hours on the front of the storefront said they open at 9a we waited for a few minutes and dropped the keys in the box. I would not recommend this location for a rental. There are too many other locations to be bothered with such a lousy one like this.
