Had to hook trailer up by myself, 63 yrs old , he said lights didn't all work ,that I can check them later. ??
Van was not clean. Charge machine was broken. Could not take picture of Driving licence on the mat, but toke picture with his personal phone. I did not feel comfortable with him doing that and ask him would he delete my driver license from his phone. I dont know if he did. I will not use that store again. Not good business representation for the U-Haul company. I guess everyone what's to be in business, but does not deserve and should not be in business!!!
The bed of the truck had to be swept out before loading could begin. There was also large piece of glass left behind. The person that helped me upon checking in was very professional
This was my first uhaul rental experience. It was excellent. He was so helpful. It was quick and easy and such a smooth process. We had tried to do it through the mobile but found it was much easier just to have him do the process for us. The verification process was taking longer than it took him just to finish it up.

Had mobile pickup that didnâ€™t work. Called customer service and was hung up on twice with no resolution. Location didnâ€™t open til 10 am(was late opening) When I first booked on line I also called to inquire about the mobile pickup process. Never was told that if I was a minute late to pick up, my reservation would not work. Customer service tried to reset twice and still didnâ€™t work. I spent an hour in parking lot location on the phone with customer service and finally employee showed up (late). Other customers there waiting as well. Stressful start and waste of time.
I just looked at my checking account. It looks like I was double charged which will cause me to overdraft. The amounts showing are not the amounts I was told when I left so I dont know if that amount is going to hit in the am.
You can have your rep show up on time to open the business. I waited 25 minutes for him, after confirming a 9am pickup. Also, he claimed that his printer was broken, and I could not receive any hard copies of my documents. I did not like that at all!
Ratchets on straps needed to be oiled, would not turn when using.
The "virtual check in" through the app was terrible. It makes no sense to have to submit a photo of myself and the front/back of my drivers license while I'm standing in a parking lot when that info could have been provided when I created my account. Having to provide *MULTIPLE* alternate contacts was also unexpected and not realistic. Why would my friends and family expect a phone call from U-Haul on a Tuesday afternoon? What are they going to do if I abscond with the van? You've already got my credit card and driver's license. It didn't work and was a waste of time/effort. The drop off process was easier, but there was nobody at the office during posted business hours, so I'm lucky I didn't need assistance.
I pulled up, the gentleman came out showed me where to back the trailer in and he unhooked it from my truck ~ very professional- Thank You
The process of renting the truck online was easy and time saving. However, when I rented the pick up truck online, I declined the $10.00 coverage, but when I picked up the truck, I was charged the $10 coverage fee. The clerk emailed me the contract, so I had no opportunity to review it. I did not notice the charge until I returned the truck and a receipt was emailed to me later that day. I was never given an opportunity to review the contract to ensure its accuracy before I was charged.
Not sure what the next customer would need to be serviced. I was very satisfied with my first time service.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. I was supposed to be charged $19.99 daily rate for renting a small cargo van. Instead, when I received my receipt I noticed I was charged a $79.99 daily rate! I've sent two emails to UHAUL and can't get a response... I will not be renting from UHaul again!
Dropped off vehicle behind building, not a lot of visual signs to direct you.
The moving pads that I had reserved were not available, so I had to go to another location to pick them up, which cost me about an hour of extra time. The wiper blades on the truck need to be replaced.
I dropped off the truck at night. When I got home I received an email that asked me to send pictures and other information via an email. I was not aware of this requirement so I didnâ€™t do. This should of been explained when I picked up the truck.
