Thanks for the trailer rental. Worked great. Dropped off after hours. Was worried when i saw the mention of "Returning equipment after-hours requires verifying the return on a mobile device by going to uhaul.com/share." We did not discuss at rental. That website did not work on my phone

We pre-ordered a uhaul and requested pads. I get there and pay and look at my itemized receipt and I ask the guy for pads. He tells me that you don't have any. I asked him why didn't anyone call to let me know so I can plan because I had movers lined up to be at my house shortly after I picked up the truck. He did not have an answer. I provided our movers with every blanket and sheet I had and my things got heavily damaged. This is new furniture that has gashes in it and this could have easily been prevented if you would have provided me with the equipment that I paid for. Now the movers who you endorse through your site completely mishandled my belongings, but that is a separate issue. I want to me notified, and I want to know what the process is to file a complaint. Do I go through you for this negligence or do I file through Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration or the Better Business Bureau?

This was a disappointment, but with the impending hurricane Florence I had no other choice but to rent from this place. I returned the trailer a day early but was still charged for the full term. I had heard the U-Haul was giving a discount to hurricane evacuees but was not offered a discount, as no one was present when I returned the rented trailer. I actually had to call them and let them know I had returned the trailer a day early. I have pictures of the return and the condition of trailer when returned. Very disappointed.

The location is in the back of a nail salon. After trying to reach the attendant via his phone, U-Haul customer service, and his neighbor, the attendant arrived 10 minutes late to my scheduled pick up then I wait additional time for him to unlock the building and boot up his computer before we could start the transaction. Hugely disappointed.

The customer service was great, I honestly forget the mans name who took care of me but he said he was from Woodbridge, New Jersey originally, he handled everything very well with me and seemed to care about his job. The only thing I would recommend changing is to make it more known where the office is, it was difficult to find when I went there for the first time

What I would consider a small sign on a business window with nothing remotely to do with hiring Usual equipment. May need to get a bigger sign at the shop and on the road to let people know it is there. The fellow who came out was friendly and helpful. Sent my confirmation very speedily.
