Closed despite their hours stating they were open. Would not answer phone. Parking area is a mud pit.
John UIt took about 20 minutes to check in on the app because of how slow it was. The location's hours said they would be open but they weren't so we weren't able to go ask for help checking in.
julie wPickup time changed without my knowledge, waited 40 mins for person to show up to get keys. Had mobile pickup option but still need to wait for representative in person, then what's the purpose of mobile pickup? Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas and cardboard sign still in windows I had to remove. Will never rent UHaul again.
Jerome RDrivers side mirror was broken and just swiveled back and forth as I drove and the low fuel sensor came on in less than 5 minutes of driving. Also, asked for in-person pick up, no one was there, had to fill all the information out on my phone and my key was in a lock box. Could have informed me that it was in fact not available for in-person pick up.
