The person opening the location was over 20 minutes late. We never received a phone number from him to call him directly, so we had to call another number, and then they called him. Finally, when he arrived, he seemed very knowledgeable and proficient. I was surprised he worked solely from his cellphone. There was no computer that I could see. The truck was fine, and there were no mechanical or other issues. However, I would not rent from this location again. It seemed slipshod; the "office" was a desk in a back room that looked more like a messy storage room, and except for the knowledge of the person working there, it seemed very unprofessional and unbusinesslike.

It was much easier to communicate with the emploees here. I dropped my equipment off with ease and they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Jon AYou over charged me mileage and I already requested the fix. I’m pretty upset about this. I only drove 10 miles but was charged for 20. It’s the principle. Maybe a data entry error, but please fix.
Chris OI had a great experience overall. Although I was initially anxious about driving a large truck, it was surprisingly easy to handle. However, I ran into an issue at pickup; the location was not open at 8:00 AM on Sunday as scheduled. On the bright side, the return process was excellent—the staff was helpful over the phone and the drop-off was seamless. My only suggestion would be a more precise way to calculate fuel refills, as it currently feels like a guessing game. I highly recommend that other customers take photos of the odometer at both pickup and drop-off to stay safe.
Aabishkar BIt was very low on gas, I had to fill it up, I left a note stating this. I always thought it was expected to fill it up each time used. Other than that it was good to use.
