It took about 20 minutes to check in on the app because of how slow it was. The location's hours said they would be open but they weren't so we weren't able to go ask for help checking in.

Pickup time changed without my knowledge, waited 40 mins for person to show up to get keys. Had mobile pickup option but still need to wait for representative in person, then what's the purpose of mobile pickup? Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas and cardboard sign still in windows I had to remove. Will never rent UHaul again.
Jerome RDrivers side mirror was broken and just swiveled back and forth as I drove and the low fuel sensor came on in less than 5 minutes of driving. Also, asked for in-person pick up, no one was there, had to fill all the information out on my phone and my key was in a lock box. Could have informed me that it was in fact not available for in-person pick up.
Jerod GI was charged a 100 cleaning fee for parking in the wrong location. It was not illegally parked and was in the parking lot. No signs posted for no parking! I will not only not recommend but tell everyone about my experience. Extremely disappointed
timmy dStore was 15 minutes late opening which delayed me and my move, I ordered 3 dozen blankets with my truck and they were not available. I aske the gentlemen handling the rental and he advised he did not have moving blankets and didn't know when he would have them. The required that I drive to another U-Haul location location to pick up blankets putting me even further behind with my move. My Rental was due back on Sunday 6/28, I arrived at location at 0930, location was supposed to open at 8am on Sundays there was no one there to check in the vehicle and close out the paper word. The telephone number listed for this location is not operational. Horrible experience, find another location to rent you U-Haul truck.
