Very disappointed with the extra charges. Farmhouse Moving Supplies charged me $50 for a cleaning fee even though I swept out the vehicle before returning it, plus another $32.15 for parking in a fire lane. I did not see the sign posted on their door, and they were not charged a citation or penalty themselves for the parking situation. I feel these fees were excessive and unfair. I would recommend asking about all potential additional charges before renting and carefully checking your final receipt.

There was a screw in the drivers side tire. Luckily, it did not lose any air. But this should have been known and we should have been made aware. The attendant also told us he would have to charge us for a second day when we told him the trailer would be returned an hour after closing. This also increases the insurance we opted in for. However, the receipt showed that there was a $20 fee for return after hours that could have just been added versus charging us $25 for an additional day and almost doubling the insurance cost. Just seemed like a bit of a money grab vs being honest and just saying “there will be a $20 fee added for after hours return” and leaving the rental rate and insurance as was. Just felt dishonest.

Timothy SClosed despite their hours stating they were open. Would not answer phone. Parking area is a mud pit.
John UIt took about 20 minutes to check in on the app because of how slow it was. The location's hours said they would be open but they weren't so we weren't able to go ask for help checking in.
