Michael H.Local move. Rented appliance dolly but none available. Hand truck provided instead. Personnel always say it's in back of truck. I checked before I left and it wasn't. Manager offered to secure one from alternate location but I declined. Same story with family member that used this business. They should verify requested equipment charged for is available. No other issues.
