Store was 15 minutes late opening which delayed me and my move, I ordered 3 dozen blankets with my truck and they were not available. I aske the gentlemen handling the rental and he advised he did not have moving blankets and didn't know when he would have them. The required that I drive to another U-Haul location location to pick up blankets putting me even further behind with my move. My Rental was due back on Sunday 6/28, I arrived at location at 0930, location was supposed to open at 8am on Sundays there was no one there to check in the vehicle and close out the paper word. The telephone number listed for this location is not operational. Horrible experience, find another location to rent you U-Haul truck.

ROBERTO STruck was cleaner than I expected, A/C worked well thankfully with it being 98 degrees. A small location in the back of another business but I had no issues with the owner. The uhaul app is atrocious though, didn't work well with my phone / how it asked to take photos was 100x zoomed in without ability to zoom out etc. But no real complaints, got me into my new home , so I am grateful.
John WFront Door was finally unlocked 10 minutes after posted opening. Turns out there was a customer who came in the back door which postpones the front opening.
