Everything went very well! My first time renting a U-Haul truck and I expected difficulty but NOPE, all went great! I will highly recommend this location to ALL my friends needing rental equipment and services! A+++++
Griselle CTrailer seem to be old and worn. Graphics wrap was cracked all over and highly faded. Door was hard to open. Seemed to bounce a lot but that could be of a lighter load.

Samantha LI was told after the fact that I dropped the truck at the wrong location, even though I was never given a precise drop off location, nor was one included on my contract. This was easily rectified by a call to the global customer service number.
