Check-out and check-in via Smart Phone speeds things up from the old days. Attendant was very busy but took time to answer all questions. Will definitely use U-Haul and Fast & Easy Sunoco again.

You really do not seem concerned about the customer experience, by letting these small locations where Uhaul is not the primary function exist as franchise locations. There was a 12 year old kid running a laptop on a box inside the convience store. That is where I had to get my trailer rental. I use the trailers regularly and will only book UHaul when available at the larger locations that only do Uhaul.

Uhaul makes a huge mistake everytime they add a "possible" charge that agents can and do abuse. In this particular case I tried returning my rental during business hours while the agent completely uneducated in the actual Uhaul policy tried forcing me to leave the keys and do an after hours check in so he can charge me an extra $20. In addition he tried towing the truck at my expense for leaving it on his property when he refused the check in. This flagged my account which causes me not to be able to check out two other reservatons I had lined up at other locations. This agent, over a childish petty work ethic, caused me damages to my business and loss of income. Look into my history, I am a mover that does a lot of good business with uhaul. These scum bag franchisees that don't even want to do the basic job are ruining that business. I am looking into taking legal action against those who caused the direct loss of income and damages to my company name. Either uhaul will hold this guy responsible for the damages or I will hold uhaul accountable.

Too much work is put on the renter of the trucks as far as taking pictures, recording mileage, gas tank level, etc. this should be done by the Uhaul personnel.

Guy helping was doing a good job. Had to unload the trailer myself. As well as check out after dropping the trailer off myself or was told I’d be charged 25$ if they did it. Which is funny because I’ve rented 8 different uhauls 5x9 and one 4x8 enclosed and every time an employee has loaded/unloaded them and done all check our for me. Half the locations had women working there to unload it off my truck. 1 location had a 17 year old girl who weighed 90lbs soaked wet and she explained this is my job i have to do it. But this location I was told make sure I back up right and check our or id be charged $25.. seems it’s the owners of the gas station not uhaul policy as I was told. Bad business

The only issue I had and the reason I gave three stars for location overall was I was looking for a uhaul location. I could see the trucks but not the office. Turns out it was inside the sunoco gas station. I did not see any signs about it being in there and there are no signs I could see inside to let me know that is where you pick up or drop off. Plus the GPS location marks it around the corner so it does not show the gas station as the proper location. Other than that it was great. The people running the station and uhaul contracts were excellent with their customer service and making sure you have what you need. I give them five stars for that.

I dropped the vehicle off to Ace who greeted me as I was pumping gas and was extremely helpful and concerned/ apologetic about my experience with Uhaul. Representative Paris was also very empathetic and kind to my situation.

Ace and the location were fabulous. I did not like that I was required to upload a picture of my driver license... And I was assured by U-Haul customer service that I would not need to do that as I made a phone call to U-Haul customer service prior to the reservation. customer service Representatives should be fully aware of how the process works and should provide accurate information... I find that very disappointing and misleading. This was the first and will be the last time I rent a U-Haul because I cannot trust the information that I am given by your customer service Representatives. your rep told me I would only need to do that if I wanted to have 24-hour drop-off and online check-in and that was not the case. I find it to be a security issue and I don't want pictures of my driver's license floating around all over the internet...and the fact that I called customer service for U-Haul and was given misinformation is disturbing. Fixing thatin my opinion is how you can make the experience better. The gentleman at the pickup location was lovely an apologetic for customer service and their misinformation.

That location where I rented the unit from was perfect they told me exactly what needed to be done and me being the meticulous person that I am I made sure that I did everything according to the clan and the cost it was going to be set for me the dates that needed to be taken care of or done with no problem I knew the exact date that I was picking it up and what date and time and had to be delivered back and I did so even though I was not taking care of by the other drop off point in New Port Richey I was so unsatisfied with the situation that happened that place that I am never going to use U-Haul except for through the location I rented from greatest people very helpful and very considerate and respectful not so much for the drop-off point they ripped me off they charge my credit card when they shouldn't have and I'm very disappointed with the situation and I've already complained to the corporate office as far as I know and the location where I rented it from a whole lot of crap is happy because of this experience and I will never deal with it again like this

I would have the numbers for the trucks more prominent or use the license plates for the numbers as mine was hard to find and I did not know to look for the small numbers on the top of the back of the truck.

Reservation was set up for me to return trailer at Uhaul facility at Curlew Rd. in Oldsmar but when I got there the attendant told me to take it the Sunoco station down the street. Would appreciate being told where to actually back up/drop off equipment.

We never got an email or text about switching to a new location. We went to the original location and they told us they were full or we had to go to a new location. The new location the workers were strict and mean. They were not friendly at all. They kept asking why we here and kept telling them because the first drop off place was full. Took half an hour for them to check and approve us. I was really unhappy with this service

A very smart location for a U-Haul pick so that when you return the vehicle back you can top off the gas you consumed right there at the pick location. The owners are very personable and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

it was in a dirty convenience store. Further, the guy running the place insisted on helping every cigarette, lottery ticket and other customer in between helping me....this was rude. He was the only guy in the place. From the time I got there and he knew what I was there for (to pick up truck) I waited for nearly 30 minutes collectively while I watched all his "other" customers come and go quickly.
