Equipment wasn’t working waiting for like 4 hours for issue to be fixed
Amilcar aI received the truck with a quarter tank of gas, took a picture and uploaded it to the rental stating it only had a quarter tank. Then I left it with a quarter tank and they charged me $30 for gas!

Don PThey originally gave me a trailer that had a lock on the back and was very heavy when lifting onto trailer hitch. If I hadn’t asked “is this empty” and checked to see it was locked and probably full, I would’ve driven off with someone’s belongings. They were able to switch me to a different one and that was fine.
