This location had many rental options and the staff was friendly and helpful. My disappointment was with the website experience. The website should make it immediately clear that the rental trailers are wired with a 4 PIN FLAT wiring connector and that in most cases a pick up truck will require an adpter plug. I suspected that might be the case and ordered a 7 blade round to 4 pin flat adapter plug from the Uhaul website for pick up at this rental location as the website states that there were 2 in stock for purchase there. Upon arrival, the associate could not find any in stock and said he did not have one to loan. It took a trip to walmart and 2 auto parts store to locate the adapter in order to connect the trailer wiring to my truck.
