Only a few individuals are "qualified" to handle the transactions so even though we returned the truck within 24 hours, it was not recorded as returned for another 12 hours so we were charged for 2 days! Additionally, the equipment was faulty as the phone scanner didn't register and the charge card reader didn't work. There is nobody qualified to confirm your setup will work so luckily we had gone to a different location the day before so they did a full check of everything. If this location is going to manage rentals, they need qualified staff working during applicable hours.Kimberly G.

Staff was very friendly, however the equipment was below average. The truck had transmittion issues and the storage space leaked. Also the truck had blown fuses on the trailer wiring which delayed our trip.Charles M.

The fuel gauge was inaccurate. As a result, I added more than 2 or 3 gallons than I should have. I drove it 38 miles and added 8 gallons. That was a ripoffDale R.

I said yes to recommending this location under certain conditions. This location had a 17-footer that was hard to find. Also, I only received 16 pads instead of 24 but no big deal. This location is just ok but it served my needs.Francisco C.

The a/c in the truck wasn't working. Only hot air was coming out of the vents. There was no other trucks available for me to swap into. I had to drive 4 hrs with hot air blowing at me.Ryan M.

Best U-Haul location I've ever been to and I've moved many times in many different states. Staff is very nice, well maintained equipment and facilities, they are attached to a gas station with well priced gas so it's impossible to forget to fill up, and the reservation and drop off processes are very quick and convenient.Nick P.

I picked up the truck at 10 am and the drop-off location was texting me by noon asking when I was dropping off the truck... I had a 24 hr rental and I was being harassed in 2 hours of that rental... totally unacceptableBrenda I.
Did not have dollys when I got there. Charged me a fee for not folding 2 blankets and I thought I was doing them a favor dropping off early, apparently there's a â€œconvenience feeâ€ for that. A fee for everything. I think it's ridiculous I'm charged $45 for not folding a blanket. How many fees can you fit on an invoice? The guy who checked me out was new and didn't seem to be trained whatsoever. You guys can easily fix these minor issues with some training.Fadi A.

When booking the truck I bought boxes and tape and those items were not received was told by you're authorized dealer I need to pick them up from another location which made no sense. So i was charged 18 dollars for 6 medium boxes and a roll of tape..also my total was 121.xx I was charged another 54.xx dollars when I drove 10 or so miles less than the estimated travel and fuel level was correct.... i request explanationBrandon B.

The Truck was not maintained at all , the steering wheel and seats were torn, The floor was dirty, broken and worn off. While driving the tyre sensor would come on. Was a nightmare to pick up. Store was closed when I arrived and had to track someone down on the phone to help meEMMETT O.
Wasn't attentive at pick up. Didn't open at 7am. Was told day before he'd be there early at 630, wasn't. Then called got Google number n told to text. After still waiting was told to just go. He told me day before is I just left trailer I'd be charged $20 MORE for drop off. I've used uhaul countless times n never had an experience like this.ERIC C.

The lady that help us with checkout was very rude and argumentative about where we parked the auto transport, and we were advised by a previous employee where to parked it. The auto transport was already disconnected from the truck, and the truck had to be parked further because Of the truck size, and she kept arguing that we should move it after we were already told where to park it and she was expecting us to move the truck again, connect the auto transport and move it to where she wanted it. I also returned the keys by 1400 on the 16th and never received the receipt like she said. I had to call customer service on the 17th to inquiry about it, and the customer service associate made it happen.Jenny M.
