The pickup location needs more attention to service and detail. They should ensure trucks and materials are ready for the long trip they have been reserved for.

One thing that was really hard is to find the key to the truck. Need to have a clear direction and communication on where the lock box is located. Wish that the cup holders were working properly and the truck were a little bit newer especially with a long hour drive
