The location is easy to locate. Parking is available. My problem was using the UHaul app. The app could not find the location and I had to complete the reservation pickup by phone.

I reserved a pick up at uhaul dealership so I could pick up the additional items reserved like a dolly and packing materials, instead I was sent to an emissions location for pick up. This location only had a lock box and the steps was not sent to me prior to, the emissions employee had to call around for information so someone could call me to get the process started.
Cassandra ReedI literally called to extend the truck for 2 hours and they tried to conserve my card for close to $400. I bought the truck back 2 hours after drop off and was charged for another day. I never had that happen. If the truck was not reserved with another customer uhaul usually allows and extension without charging my card. No more third parties for me.

Francine CooperI arrived at my pick-up time of 12pm only to find the location closed. I initially called the location via the number provided on my reservation confirmation and was hung up on twice. I then called the corporate number and they contacted the owner of that location, who stated that they had to leave for an emergency. I then received a call from the pick-up location owner an hour LATER. She had a rude tone and demeanor as if she was doing me a favor and asked did I still want to rent the truck. I would NEVER recommend this location EVER! Unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and inconsiderate.

The extra miles for inconvenience for going to a new location was not complementary I had to pay for there poor service. I’m truly disappointed and I rent U-Haul trucks for my business and I’m waiting for my refund for pay for a truck not where it was supposed to be

The equipment I needed was not available when picking up the truck. I was ask how I was going to pay when I had already paid on line. The contract was put in the incorrect person name as well as mine.
