Neither of the dollys I paid for were on the truck. The location was not open to fix the problem

Marchello UThe truck bed was dirty. There is no key box or identify location to pickup key or return key. Do to trees in the area getting internet or app access is terrible. This was by far my worse experience with obtaining a rental and the return was difficult as well. Will never rent from this location again.

Angela HDifficult process….Although the facility allows you to return vehicles early or outside their business hours there is no place to park and the key drop box is inaccessible.
HedekiYah YStop changing the location of a person's pick up for your services. The guys was nice that assisted me, but I had to pick up truck froma further location and the truck was not clean inside the front or back. Garbage was all over it and women personal toiletries were on the floor I the back of truck. This leads me to believe that they don't inspect/ nor clean the trucks before providing it to the next customers
Sabrina WThis site required call in service VS someone on-site. The gentleman that assisted me was great but he had to call his U-Haul representative over and over before finally getting someone to answer. Even though I had a reservation it took 30minutes for him and I to finalize the transaction so I could leave with the truck. The check engine light was on in the vehicle. The truck performed fine but I could see some people being worried about this.

JASMINE EWhen we made the reservation we wanted at 9:00 appointment but we’re advised to do 10:00 so someone could be there to help us. There was no communication between the Uhaul service and Fast Lane because no one was there to help us check in, pay, and get the keys. This put us over an hour behind of our moving schedule since we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up. We opted to pay in person since we were having an “assisted” check in. Since the person was so late we also tried to switch our payment from in person to online which it did not let us do. We also tried calling Uhaul customer service and the Uhaul we rented from and we’re put on hold at both.
RACHEL MThis location was short staffed the day of my visit but the people there were extremely friendly, kind, and were efficient with the process, even short staffed. Very professional, ... a breath of fresh air.

Jay AI was told the fuel tank was full and the truck was clean. The gas was at 3/4 and the back and inside of the truck was filthy. It smelt like someone just smoked a full pack of cigarrettes in it when I turned on the air. I had to sweep the back out and wipe down the whole inside of the cab before I could even load my belongings in it!! The only saving grace was when I checked out the truck, the cost had doubled on my reservation. They called someone in charge at corporate and had the price reset to my reservation cost. I will look elsewhere next time I rent a moving truck. I had to update the correct fuel level and cleanliness on the checkout app on my phone, before I left the lot. It still wasn't updated in the system when I returned the truck two days later.
