At my pick up location, it was nice looking, clean, and the gentleman there was nice and helpful. But our prepaid card was declined for some reason and then we had to use cash which i will never do again cus now the $100 refundable security deposit, which I was told I would get back at my drop off location, I now have to wait to get my money back in a check that isn't even going to my address but my mother in law's since that was my boyfriend's billing address for the card on file. Plus since it wasn't to there standards of "clean" in the back from the rain the day of moving, we got charged $25 from our deposit. Then when I had questions on how exactly I would get my money back, the drop off location had no idea, one uhaul place I was going to had no idea and then I called the 1-800-GOUHAUL number and they didn't know so then was transferred to another person who didn't really know for sure. Over all not happy, not getting all my money back, having to wait 7 days to get it the mail that isn't even coming to me and now have no idea how I'm going to get the check from my MIL since she is now an hour and a half away. I'm not ever going to rent from uhaul again.Dalton S.

We showed up to pick the truck up at 9:30 am. The office was closed to the facility. Mechanic in the garage did what he could to prepare but his technology was not working. We did most of the transaction on our phonesBarry S.

The low beam headlight on the passenger side was out and the driver side headlight was misaimed. Didn't realize it until the end of the move when I had to drive on the Interstate at night. Very unsettling. I would think that a headlight check should be on the list of things to check before a truck gets rented.TONY L.
The pickup / drop off had several junk cars on the premises along with the u-haul trucks. However, the online pickup process took way too long , and is not very intuitive. Consider changing that, and not asking about the location.Jeremy L.

Inspect the truck and make sure everything is working. Mine had one headlight out (which I did not discover until it got dark) and the side mirrors would not rotate in and out (only up and down).Joseph G.

This place is horrible, poor service, the truck smelled like someone tried to clean up vomit, no clear direction on where to check in, and the lot is incredible small and difficult to maneuver around.Mason R.

Truck rental was not the main concern at this location since it is a tire business. They did not take time to show me the operation or the inside of the truck. They also did not explain the use of the car tow trailer or offer to assist in loading the car.Richard C.

The hours on the website were wrong, the after hours return process on the app didn't work properly? But somehow it finally worked and we were able to return the truck.Bradley L.
Problem with place is the address has issues getting confused with other location. If you don't type the East it will show location really close to the bigger uhaul store on business loop. The service was fine but I didn't think I was picking up at this location and this location didn't have locks and accessories.David H.

The location was great, but I do recommend that when you're waiting for approval you give a time estimate. I was waiting in the rain while the approval took place. Additionally, please make it more clear that you have to return the u-haul with a full tank of gas.Taylor T.

The online check in was a pain. The man at the desk was rude and unfriendly. The uhaul wasn't swept out or cleaned in the cab. I ended up having to rent and pay for a second uhaul today to continue movong because when I asked him if I could have the Uhaul until 5pm at check in he said yes, as long as it was back by evening. I called to ask a question about mileage and he told me I needed to have it back by 2, he had it rented at 230. So I had to return it and go rent another one at a different location for another 2 hours. I was on hold 3 times with Uhaul for almost 20 minutes each. This has been the most difficult, miserable and expensive move with Uhaul. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone ever.LEAH D.

On line app not user friendly..tried to make changes b4 picking up rental..gave me the run aroundPATRICK F.
Parking was not convenient, nor easily accessible. We were charged a cleaning fee but the truck was clean. We were also charged a refueling fee. The emails told us to return it at 1/4. So we did. The place we dropped it at said it should be at whatever amount we received it at. Which was 1/8. Poor communication between locations.Alicia M.
The truck I was given was in need of repair. Nearly every indicator light on the dash was on. Check engine, ABS, traction control etc. Multiple service messages kept popping up in the dash as well as I driving. I returned the truck on time and placed the keys in the after hours locked bin. The next day the called my 2nd contact asking if the truck was dropped off. Didn't call me first to ask, just my second contact. Finally they realized I had dropped it off (I had even parked it in the same parking spot that it was in when I left) and did apologize for the call. Very poorly managed.Kristena W.
