The equipment was damaged and had roaches in it. The parking lot was cramped. I was dramatically overcharged.

Valentine G.The Supervisor racially profiled me and used racial slurs on md . Called him a liar and scammer. She said she would never rent a uhaul truck to me again. They charged me for fuel even though I refilled trunk to the original amount. I have submitted a video evidence of the odometer and fuel gauge readings and the receipts to my bank to dispute the charges. Worse experience of my life. This Supervisor wouldn't stop screaming at me.
Smith A.The checkout was easy, the people were friendly and helpful. The location doesn't seem to have a lot of room for the equipment. It does look like they are expanding. The location is convenient to get to.
