Changed drop off location after I dropped off truck and next morning was told it was wrong location! Workers evidently didn’t check in vehicle just let sit on lot overnight!

KELLY MI did have to call because they hadn't checked in my truck 2 days later. Once I called, they took care of it very quickly.
