The owner was super nice and very friendly. I did have a little difficulty understanding him because of his broken English. But he was very patient and would repeat until I understood what he was saying. He made it important that everything was in place and that the vehicle was clean and ready to go.tracey B.

We had a very hard time checking out. The computer did not seem to work very well and the man helping us ended up having to call the support line. He was absolutely wonderful and this was definitely not his fault, but I don't think these neighborhood locations are something we will use againChristopher C.

I came in to the location in Altamonte Springs the night before to make my reservation. In the morning I come in and they had no truck or reservation. They had me drive to another location out of my way to get a truck. The GM Phil tells me he's going to credit my rental and wants me to wait til Monday 10/28. Even when they printed out my reservation It didn't even have my name on it. It had someone else's name. I will not recommend this location to anyone. So unprofessionalOmar R.

Drop off experience was worse than moving. 2 hours wasted just looking for a drop off location and on the phone with people than only transfer you to phones that no one picks up. Terrible.Mario D.
