Had no vehicle at original pick up location(Fort Atkinson WI). This was despite reserving truck 4 weeks earlier and confirming 4 days before pickup. Was told to return truck to Fond du Lac. Only found that out due to U Haul rep calling as I was leaving to return truck. Many problems with entire experience. Most professional was staff at Green Bay upon return. Need staff from top down who know what their doing in the U Haul organization.

The worker really didn’t know how to work the U-Haul stuff. My U-Haul didn’t have the dolly in it like it was supposed to and they don’t have any thing extra that they were able to give me

I got scammed, my receipt said I drove 86 miles when there was no chance I drove 86 miles. I got charged over 100 dollars for something that should’ve been no more than 50

Mobile app was not functioning properly at the location, lady was really kind and helpful even though the truck was dirty still very great service.

Absolutely the worst experience, got into the truck and there was only 64 miles worth of gas left, went back into the gas station where I picked it up and she had me call the UHaul customer service and they wouldn’t put gas into the truck even though I picked it up from a gas station. It became my responsibility. I will never rent from UHaul again.

Have clerk know more about rental procedures. She just handed me the keys and said I could go. When I asked about paperwork. She handed me a business card to area manager.

It took some time to turn the vehicle back over but the young lady that works at the drop-off location was friendly and helpful.
