Location is in the middle of nowhere and u use more miles just taking it back .. no internet unless store is open to get WiFi

JOSEPH PNo personnel came out to check on drop off. It was made during operating hours. On line return did not work properly due to poor signal in area. Location was 25 minutes from unload area.

Jeffrey AForced to drive 30 min away (20 miles), literally put 45 miles total on truck, was estimated by the oldergentleman that it was gonna be around 200 miles, then got charged 300+ $s , called uhual about returning truck to original pick up location and they said it would cost me more so they forced me to put extra miles on their truck, oh and the forced second location didn't have the dolly's didn't have the right amount of furniture pads and felt extremely predatory in general, would never go back to that store and probably won't use uhual again, crazy uncomfortable and way out of the way.

KEVIN SThe truck was suppose to be picked up at a different location. Got an email the day I was suppose to pick up and they changed the location (1 mile vs. 13 miles). Got at the remote location and was told it may have enough gas to get to a gas station. Lucky the guy came when I was getting ready to leave to put in 5 gallons. That took another 10 minutes. I had movers waiting for me. The movers ran out of time so me and my 70 year old wife had to end up taking the rest of our stuff off the truck. I was also told from the Uhaul location that he got notification the day before I needed the truck and that the location closed a week earlier.
EARL LMight want to check out the wheel/rims or maybe axle on the hauling trailer we rented. Definitely very shaky with and without vehicle on it. It did the job and I was incredibly thankful for this location and it being open on a Sunday! Service was quick and friendly and would definitely recommend. It was a life saver! Thank you so much!!
Anthony HI first tried to rent from U Haul on Smokey Mtn Expressway in Waynesville. It was closed and a phone call referred me to the store on Dellwood Road in Waynesville. This store was also closed. No one answered the phone posted on the door. I had to drive 25 miles to Ferguson's to find a trailer. The Waynesville stores were poorly managed and disappointing.

lou pThis location was about half an hour away and was apparently the closest one. as opposed the town I left from having 2 different pickup and drop off locations not but 5 mins apart. There also isn't any cell service at this location so I couldn't use my phone to drop it off the same as pick up. The staff were really friendly though

Walter DIt was 8pm on Saturday drop off to this location. It was nestled way back on a country road with absolutely no lights or phone service. I wasn't able to perform the drop off due to the service issues with phone. Was charged for fuel and extra mileage incorrectly.
Jessica OGreat location, great people. But renters just need to be aware that they might not have a mobile phone signal or internet service in that area. I had planned to return the truck using my mobile phone, but I couldn't do that so I had to go inside. This was fine because the location was open, but it would have been bad if it had been after hours. I would suggest adding a warning about this when people rent.

Donna RI was originally scheduled to pick up the trailer at Ryno’s Tire Service in Canton, NC. When I got there they were closed. I am very dissatisfied with the pick up process because of the time and distance I had to go to get to the second location.
