The people at Ferguson Supply Co were friendly. However, we reserved a UHaul in Sylva. We received a call on Friday night that we would need to change our pickup location. This location was out of our way. We prefered the Sylva location.

Britt NThis is the best place to get a UHaul in the Haywood County area (we've rented from another UHaul place in Hayeood but that wasn't so good). Fergusons is a general store and diner, so theres always someone there for pick up drop off during business hours (open til 8pm). Mr. Ferguson, whose office is in the back of the store, runs the UHaul rentals. He was super helpful getting the trailer attached to our hitch, and the pickup and drop process was easy and fast. Highly recommended!
Nastassja NThis was the second location…. The first location we were scheduled for had no hitches for sale and no one there knew how to connect the AT….. had to drive an hour down the road to the Ferguson Supply Co…to find another AT… brutal way to start a coast to coast drive
