He is the only one in our area that was able to help. We have rented before and HAD to do self rent because no one at the counter speaks English or knew what was going on(Dellwood Road location) and at the other location in Waynesville (Mattress Goddess) no one was EVER in the office, did not return calls. This experience was not good but the gentleman at Ferguson's was very friendly and helpful.
