Customer assistance was exceptional they were absolutely great to me. I was in a bit of a time crunch and already really stressed out upon pickup of the rental van and thankfully the 2 ladies working at the Fife location were so great they made my experience one of the best I've ever had they were so sweet so helpful and I just wanted to say thank you again.

Once the gate closes you don’t have the ability to drop the truck off and that’s not told to you ahead of time. I’ve always been able to drop the truck off anytime within my rental period. So after loading the truck, driving, and unloading we wanted to drop the truck off and be done with it so we didn’t have to deal with it the next morning. It’s 9pm and we are sitting outside some random storage place with a locked gate that won’t be open until 8am. I called customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked if I would be charged for the extra miles and gas missing since I had to drive home and back again and was told “that department is gone for the day, I only handle customer disputes and complaints.” I told her “this is a complaint” considering it’s 9pm, I’ve been moving all day, I wasn’t told there was a gate and now I have to change my morning plans. She said “no it’s not.” This was overall the worst experience I’ve ever had. Even after submitting a survey about the call I never heard anything back. I wish there were more moving truck options so I could never use U-Haul again.

I called to confirm my reservation it wasn't confirm so I reserve a uhaul but the person on the other line did not tell ne that it's a different location as I was calling for even though I asked multiple times if this was Fife, WA he confirm it is, I came to pick up U haul only to be told it was a different location I made reservation for the lady was so nicely accommodate me and went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolve I did get a truck and it was in excellent condition

The service of the lady clerk from behind the counter & over the phone was exceptionaly good . However the mechanical aspects should be of far more importance than the cosmetics of the vehicle. I say that because the truck started to fail as soon as I hit Salt Lake city Utah.The transmission began to slip sevearlley Upon pulling the dip stick it revealed why. Next to no transmission fluid at all. It did not have a leak nor was it ever over heated,it just simply had inadequate volume. I took it upon myself to purchase a gallon of proper transmission fluid and bring it up to level of which helped but did not completely cure it's slip. Not until a service man showed up & added a bottle of "stop slip" to the transmission did it become road worthy again. The service man was polite and courteous.I had to spend $30.00 extra dollars out of my pocket for the transmission fluid and just so happen to contract COVID 19 from having been stuck on the side of the road in a down town portion of Salt Lake city because of the transmission issue not to mention losing half a day traveling time. So how satisfied do you honestly expect me to be over all? Great people, great service, but piss poor mechanical maintenance in my experience as well as a $30.00 extra expenditure out of my pocket which never should have happen and do I even need to remind you why I contracted COVID 19 from having to be isolated in Salt Lake city?! Thanks.

UHaul has the best customer service. This says a lot in 2022 where customer service as a whole has declined from prior years in most businesses. Quality of people in CS are really helpful and effective in their jobs. Keep it up! Good example for other businesses struggling with hiring and maintaining good employees....

Not because of the location or the people. The staff were very professional, empathetic, and helpful. Our dissatisfaction w/ U-haul was the booking process in place and the fact that we did not receive the truck we expected. The end result was a $9,500 moving expense incurred by me. Again, the staff at the Fife location in every interaction whether it be by phone or in person were fantastic!

Fife You Store It is my favorite location to rent a truck. The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful! I feel safe here and can leave my car in their gated lot during the day while I use the truck.

U-haul needs better trucks, Doing a cross country Tow from Orlando to Tacoma, Was a bit scary! The stirring wheel, Tires was a bit shaky, I felt like the aliment was off on the vehicle. I kept on being pulled to another direction. The high beams was to low, windshield wipers broken, was not replaced before renting truck out. The battery went out, the radio would not turn off so the battery went out. I was not please about this rental. for the amount of money that was spent. When towing I would recommended using a 4X4 truck. using a U-haul was not helpful.

I held this storage facility for 2 years I never had any issues with staff or the 2 units I had. I moved from a small unit to a bigger unit and staff worked on it as quickly as they could when one was ready. Thank you for your great service.
