The woman who checked me out at the counter was phenomenal. I had such as terrible experience once you all took my money. You changed my truck size to smaller, changed my location- twice, and then tried to change my time and not compensate me per your guarantee. She literally saved Uhaul a flaming review and would be the only reason I would even attempt to rent a uhaul again. Absolutely stellar customer service!!

Need to follow up with inspecting the overall condition of the vehicle along with checking the fuel gauge, the cleanliness of the vehicle. I left the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank of gas when I picked up the vehicle with a 1/2 tank of fuel. The attendant informed me that we tell everyone that it has a 1/2 tank of fuel. This is wrong, because if the next person to rent that vehicle and only uses a 1/4 of a tank of gas. Then they don't have to refuel the vehicle to the same level as when they picked it up.

Not wait until the last minute and call and tell your client that you dont have a truck or a TRAILER for them to pick up. Because that is what you guys did to me then left it up to me to find something else. Very poor service

This is a storage facility with only a couple of U-Haul trucks on site. I returned a 26-foot truck and was unable to even drive into the address of the return location - no room. I pulled in across the street to another business and walked across a busy street to find out what to do with the truck. The woman at the counter was extraordinarily kind, helpful, friendly, and accommodating - all was well, but there were no instructions on the rental order or signs on the street.
