1.My pickup location was changed without notifying me 2.When I clicked on the text link I received it directed me to the original location and I had to figure out locations had been changed on my own 3. The new location was 10.3 miles away from my house 4. When I showed up there it was a mostly empty lot in the middle of nowhere with a closed dive bar looking like the office. I felt completely abandoned and thought there was no way I was getting home with my things. 5.I went to hook up the trailer I found, only to find out that the electrical hookup did not match my car and I think U-Haul should have warned me about that. Fortunately, the U-Haul agent had an adapter for me 5. The U-Haul agent in New Orleans was amazing and the only good part of my experience 6. U-haul needs to do better and if you can find the name of the person who helped me in New Orleans, she deserves a big bonus. Without her I would never use U-Haul again.

Latekqua MMy experience is to lengthy to put in this comment box. It was bad from the start of picking up the truck and just got worse. I would really speak to a representative who would take action. I was lied to the whole way. Also abandoned at both pick up spots. No way to run a business. Very poor customer service as well as business practices.
Marianne KGerard was extremely helpful. I was able to have my other reservation transferred to his location. That was very convenient since I live near by
