My mileage was misrepresented on my final billing statement by 14 miles. I called customer service who basically told me that I should have reviewed the mileage before and after my rental. You can be assured that I will from now on, whatever vehicle rental company I use in the future. I have rented many cars in my lifetime and never once had my mileage misrepresented. That's because it is a highly competitive business and they cannot afford a poor experience. The customer service person at U-haul was more interested in the policies and dÃ¯dnt teach out to me personally to find out what my concern was or how he could make my experience a better one. Additionally, I believe there may be some issue with the person reading the before and after mileage but he was not interested in looking into that. I will be looking for other moving rental options and/or facilities in the future. Beware!Paul D.

The gentleman there was very nice and very efficient. Would definitely recommend this place. Vehicle came in good shapet. The guy even gave me a pair of nitrile gloves and some sanitizing wipes. I'm sure all uHauls are doing that for their customers during these time but it was just nice to get that. I'm satisfied.Joshua W.
Didn't realize you had to do online return since we were returning within business hours. No one was there so I called but in the meantime I dropped the key in the slot. The person I spoke with guided me through the process which included taking pictures of the odometer/gas, interior cab and the back and where it was parked. Unfortunately since I already dropped the keys in the slot I couldn't take a live picture however I did take a pic of the odometer/gas before I left the truck but it didn't give me the option to upload a pic I had already taken. I sent the pic to my daughter and then took a pic of the pic on her phone and uploaded it. The pics of the cab I had to take from the outside looking in and was able to take a pic of the back and where it was parked. I was able to get it done but I didn't realize I had to go through that process since I was returning during business hours. I understand the COVID issue played a part but a little inconvenient.Cindy D.

The truck was in great condition, but the bed had been painted. When I went to load it I found it was still tacky, a minor set-back. There weren't and other trucks available. The gentleman working that day was helpful and lent moving blankets to lay down so I could get on with my move. I was happy with my service.Leanna R.

Ridiculously expensive I got charged way too much compared to the estimated price of $72 and I got changed $200. The guy got mad when I asked why he only told me â€œLet's cancel this and you go elsewhereâ€ obviously I can't since I don't have other reservations.Jose Carlo C.

I was overcharged for an after hours drop even though I returned the vehicle in person. They didn't even mention anything about an additional fee if I were to drop off the vehicle after hours. Very disheartening to see this type of tactic being utilized. Don't see this with other U-Haul locationsDaniel L.
The phone number I called was given as the Gig Harbor location when I set up the rental. When we got there to pick up we were told our pick up was at the Univetsity Place office. So we drove an extra 6 miles to that location to pick up our rental. This cost us an additional $12 in mileage fees plus a $5 bridge toll we would not have had otherwise. Additionally we did not receive a text or verification of our rental which I expected.Elizabeth M.
Absolutely recommend this location. However my overall experience with uhaul has been extremely disappointing. Cost me twice as much as it should have all because they neglected to tell me until 8pm the night before that they didn't have the equipment I had originally reserved.melissa R.

I got charged for the safe move plus $28 protection which I decline. Guy said he would notate it so I do not get charged when I return the truck. I got charged a week later, my rental charge included that safe move plus which i already declined. I called to get it refunded. I got a receipt showing a refund for safe move $14 which was incorrect. I called back to fix it. Still no full refund, when I went into store the guy there was rude. Didn't apologize for his mistake, since I got charged regardless of him saying he would fix it. He said they had nothing to do with it and gave me the district manager #. Which he should have handled since it was their mistake not mine. Poor customer service and I want my refund.Jessica K.
The people at this location were nice and helpful. However this was not our scheduled drop off location and my husband had to walk over 10 miles home when our original location was only a block from our new home. We got no notice of the location change and I don't know why we were forced to drop off here.Zahra H.

The location was hard to find (instructions ought to be provided). All the people were nice, which I appreciated. The "19.95" rate is misleading given the charged rate per mile. I ended up paying over seventy dollars for four hours, driving around 35 miles. Those are expensive miles!michael W.

I turned the uhaul in 2 hours late and got charged a full day. I'm not sure if that is the norm but on my receipt it shows uhaul was rented for 2 full days instead of just 26 hours. I'm disappointed and would of not mind getting charged the way I did if it reflected the correct return date and time.Gertrude B.
