First the gas was at 1/8 not 1/4 I have pictures to prove from this morning, nasty truck, broken passenger mirror, bad odor smells like y’all say for days in that truck and did not wash your bodies. Bed quilt in the back is now in the dumpster. Please do not try to bill me for gas or anything. I will definitely be filing a dispute. I smell so bad. It was horrible. I clean it better than y’all did.

When I arrived to pick up at my scheduled time the office was closed and no agent available. Had to come back the next day after getting confirmation from regional office that an agent would be there. They were not. Regional manager had to sign the trailer out via email so I could leave with it.
