No uhaul representative on site. When reservation confirmed by uhaul they do not tell you pickup is done all online and outside the building. I think it would be a good idea to let the customer know they NEED to download their app first when they confirm your reservation in order to finally get the key to the truck. It was a little frustrating.

The rate quoted changed. We received a truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Truck was dirty. Guy in the store had to call his aunt for me to rent. Aunt had me send my ID then stated it was incorrect. Terrible experience
Amy KHad to wait for almost 20 minutes because the woman was not there. Truck was on empty and cargo area was full of nails. I have used U-Haul in the past but I will never go back to this one.
