Disclose up front that you must have the app to pick before the business opens. The business opened at 10:30am, but my pick up time was 8:00am, therefore I had to download the app and fill it out while in the parking lot. I was up against a deadline and that cost me almost an hour. So download the app no matter what. If you dont have a phone and internet your not getting your vehicle. The people that ran the business were great! The lady was a sweetheart and a pleasure to deal with. A+ overall.

No uhaul representative on site. When reservation confirmed by uhaul they do not tell you pickup is done all online and outside the building. I think it would be a good idea to let the customer know they NEED to download their app first when they confirm your reservation in order to finally get the key to the truck. It was a little frustrating.

Amy KHad to wait for almost 20 minutes because the woman was not there. Truck was on empty and cargo area was full of nails. I have used U-Haul in the past but I will never go back to this one.
