Unfortunately they were 4 hours delayed on getting us our rental. We reserved it to be picked up at 11am and we didnt get it until almost 3. They werent not very friendly about it either. I wish they would have been more helpful.

I'm mad I have to pay a cleaning fee! When I received my rental it was disgusting. I took many pictures for proof. I honestly don't want to rent with uhaul anymore if this is how it will be. I received a dirty and very filthy truck, but I have to pay for it to get clean. Makes no sense. The people who had it before me should be ashamed with the way they left it.

The vehicle I rented had less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas, had a very dirty interior and the battery died after I drove it off the lot about a mile away. When I called to see what could be done about the battery I was told to call 1-800-uhaul and there was nothing they could do to help me out. I was on a time schedule that particular day and would have appreciated a little help.

The young man at this location, like the gentleman at the Mobile location had to deal with the mess the Leakesville location created by failing to do their job.. He was very professional. Did what needed to be done, etc. My rental cost me an additional $10 at check in again due to the mess that started my rental process... I paid the $10 and told the gentleman to have a wonderful day.. Again the drama that began with the Leakesville Dealership failing to do their jobs is NO reflection if this young man nor this dealership's handling of the situation... I really wish I could write a review about the Leakesville Dealership - that would not be as "glowing" as these unless you count a dumpster fire as glowing..

They never took down the mileage the mirrors were broken so was impossible to change lanes safety...trucks transmission slipping garbage gas mileage....I was not even allowed to use my reservation

Price review from for all agents to ensure that said agent as was in our last transaction where they decided to ripp off your customers especially people like us who have been loyal long time customers and they had to know that we were going to report it and hire legal representation to resolve the last transaction where we were clearly ripped off should be hearing back from them on Nov 10th . This current transaction was normal it took everything for the angel family to use U-Haul again. It is my hope that the person or persons who helped Ron in Denver with the last transaction be held accountable because next time we will use another moving company truck.

They hooked up a tow dolly with badly frayed straps- rectified by another employee. I was given a furniture dolly missing a wheel which I did not notice as I was pre occupied with the tow dolly - not very helpful.

Staff was very helpful and reassuring in the midst of a personal crisis which was exacerbated by problems finding a trailer that I thought was reserved on UHAUL web site. This was not where UHaul schedulers directed me to go… this was on my way to my destination where I needed to use trailer. UHaul website has disclaimers that say your selection location is “preferred” and I did not catch that initially. I thought, despite their disclaimers, that equipment is available at desired locations. Key point- preferred location is not guaranteed. My mistake was thinking that having made a “reservation” a week earlier, that I could depend on picking it up from that location. Scheduler phone call 2 days before rental first said, “Sorry there is no equipment available” despite their website for 2 locations within 2 hours showing equipment available and GUARANTEED. Then she offered a location 5 hours away- one way… after much griping she located equipment 2.5 hours away which I took because I felt I had no other options. Distraught, the next day, the day of travel, I did my own research, called directly, and found a trailer 1 hour from location, a day earlier than planned pick up, picked it up, and cancelled the other “reservations” online and the other 2.5 hour location. Locate your own equipment or else you may end up terribly disappointed from the call from the scheduler. Scheduler told me there was NO trailers available in a certain area YET, I got online and still found the UHAUL website showing equipment available there and a couple places were even guaranteed. I reserved one of those. This went from stressful situation to nightmarish situation where I thought I had something working out and to be then told that NOTHING was available. Scheduling works in other industries… why not in my situation, and sorry does not cut it when you are expecting reliability. This was my first experience with UHAUL.

6x12 unit we rented had a loose electrical connection. The attendant had to tape the connectors together, which did not hold well. I had to re-tape it several times during our trip.

Had to wait for service. Grocery store (where UHaul was located) were not helpful in helping to find the person in charge of UHaul. They were also not very organized. Once the person in charge of UHaul was located he was very friendly & helpful.

The Truck I located and set as a reserved Truck was never available on the reservation day I saved. It was located in another town 50 miles away and not the correct size I ordered.

Had to drive 100 miles round trip to pick up trailer. My confirmed reservation at the Trinidad co locations was a lie. No trailer available in Trinidad as was confirmed by uhaul. No very happy about that.

The truck cab was very dirty with old bottles inside and nasty spills all over console and window. They did not have ANY blankets and we reserved 3 dozen. The truck bed was full of dirt and hardened mud throughout and down the ramp. Will NEVER rent from this location again.

I did not get the dolly I rented. The attendant at the Pueblo location was unaware I could of rented the trailer u walsenburg for a two way rental being I live in the area. I could of saved like $50. Disappointed to say the least

The dollies I asked for were not included. The truck had not been swept. There were furniture pads which I did not order, and they were dirty and not folded. I want sure where to go to pick up the keys; there was inadequate signage. The person I talked to was very helpful.
