The cab smelled like pee.

So the additional 40$ charge is bullshit.

Roger M.Train your 800 phone reservation personnel to listen to future customers. I have been using your services for over 40 years and this last encounter was absolutely horrible. The person I spoke to today did refund part of the charge, but stated that I could not speak to anyone about the unprofessional,rude and complete handling of my request for this rental. There are many people with much better people skills that would appreciate a job that have better customer service for future customers. The person that did not listen to my request and entered incorrect information made this a complete unfavorable experience.

kye P.No improvement needed for this location. Everything/one was on point. UHaul Corporation, however, needs to be upfront and honest about that extra deposit they hold on your card if the gas is not replaced. An additional $75 hold was placed on my card and when i called about, i was told that they did not see that extra hold. Thank goodness i had the extra available on the card. Otherwise, my rental would not be approved. At the end, I got all my deposit back. Just let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Victoria B.First Choice Market in Walsenburg was excellent. I rated the experience average because I initiated the U-Haul rental agreement online and requested a tow accessory kit for 24.95. I received a confirmation by email and called U-haul the next day to change the pickup date but the phone rep said that there was no reservation. I asked several questions and what she said was, "If there was a reservation I would see it, but I don't see it, so there is no reservation. I would see it if it were canceled and I don't see it." She made me a reservation and when I asked to add the tow kit, she said that she could not add that and I would have to get it at the location of pickup. Then, that evening or the next day I got a confirmation that my tow accessory kit had been shipped to me. This, to me, was all quite incredulous but really had nothing to do with the First Choice Market who were wonderful in getting our auto transport hooked up.
