Not charge an additional $150 for being 2 hours late on my end i think that was a bit excessive but whatever
JAMES FCircumstances just weren't working for the experience to be good or better. The system was down and there was no way to bypass technology and rent the equipment the old fashion way through a written contract. I had a message on my phone directing me to the location and approving the rental. The rental person was helpful and friendly but the process was especially frustrating to him. Also the fender on the car dolly was very cheaply made and broke not even halfway to my destination. I had to use my own creativeness to temporarily hold the fender in place. By this time the rental location was closed and no way to reach out to them. When I brought the equipment to the drop location the operator had no record of the agreement. We had to call to confirm. So as you can see less than stellar experience. In the end the equipment completed the task and thankfully I was not in a time crunch.
