The people didnt even check there drop off box until 2 days later after i dropped off the truck and then tried to charge me for days that the truck had been sitting in their parking lot. A manager got on the phone and fixed the problem.

Uhaul was rented in Walsenburg CO. Aguilar was where it was used. So the trip was Walsenburg to Aguilar to Pueblo West CO. I was not asked about the trip only told them I would drop off in Pueblo. I was charged extra miles, it must of been assumed that it was Walsenburg to Pueblo. I also received a phone call 3-29-17 if the dolly was dropped off. It was in back of the truck when I returned it and the lady who checked the truck when I returned it saw it in the truck when she opened the back door to see if the truck was clean. St

Blew a tire about 20 mi from the time I left. I only had 24 hours, but, 3 hours were spent broken down. I would appreciate a credit.

The problem with this rental was not the pick up or drop off location. The problem was that I reserved a 26 foot truck well in advance. When it came time to move in was given a 20 foot truck. This caused me to need two trips instead of one. The days and miles were adjusted accordingly but no adjustment for the additional fuel. This needs to be addressed.

The representative did something to break my trust. We performed the initial inspection of the U-Haul, and I commented on a dent that wasn't marked. He wrote something down and didn't say a thing. I assumed that he was noting the damage. I signed the paperwork and later noticed that he wrote that I understand and accept that the U-Haul may leak, and I waive any water damage liability. This was not discussed, and was deceptively slipped into my contract. Additionally, the U-Haul had broken glass all over the bed and the ramp.

More customer service/help and knowledge available at the time from initial rental to drop off.. You as a business need to provide more customer service than like standing in line at the TSA???;;;!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truth is I hope that U- haul in the future will provide more professional help both ways!! Look; provide more help to you locations along with people that have the ability to answer any question that a customer can ask!!!

please train the workers at First Choice. NONE OF THEM KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They tried to charge me $800 for going 55 miles??? And were totally rude when I tried to explain the situation??????? I had to go up there and even then, they were rude.

Parking lot was to small. Had very hard time picking up trailer. Also person working the counter was rude and took for ever because she had to work two lines the u haul line and the Line of people shopping at the grocery store they were low on Help so it cause me too late to turn in my trailer in which I was charged for they did later fix the problem of the overage on charges but it still should not have gone through that hassle and time and stress
