The staff was not at the location to assist me with pickup during their normal business hours. Equipment that I ordered was missing. I called the location directly to get the equipment and did not get an answer. I got a text response from them 10 hours after pickup, which was after the location’s normal closing time. The equipment was never provided which delayed my move and resulted in me being charged for an extra rental day. I’ll likely just rent a truck through Enterprise for my next move. This has been a very frustrating experience.

The U-Haul truck smelled horrible. There were ants inside. The right light did not work. I was told one price and when I got there, I was charged something else. No, I would not recommend this location.
