I was told that the Safe Tow Coverage was $7.00 and some change ($7.99?) when I picked up the trailer. I asked the young man if this was just basically insurance for the trailer. He said yes. So I said yes, go ahead and add it. I certainly would not have added it if I knew it was $99.00! When I received the the receipt after returning the trailer I was shocked to see that I had been charged $99.00 for the Safe Tow Coverage!! I called the rental location and told them about the issue. They said they could not do anything about it and that I would have to call U-Haul Customer Support. He said he would text me the Customer Support number, but he never did. Can you please make the proper adjustments and charge me for what I was originally quoted?

Taylor HI was expecting a $30 charge for the truck and a little for the gas and miles I drove. I was expected to pay $200 when I dropped the truck off. They charged me $70 for gas and everything else was mileage fees. A very confusing building with no direction to assist costumers in getting their truck. I waited for almost 30 minutes for them to realize I was there for a pick-up, even after talking to several different people. I was very disappointed and will not be using their services again, I would recommend you find elsewhere as well.
