My reservation was changed from my local location to another 30+ minutes away....should be a discount for that!!!! Also the unit had a leak in the roof and a bunch of my stuff got wet....discount???

U-Haul pulled a bait and switch on me. I reserved a truck a mile away from me, and spoke to a gentleman at that location to confirm. An hour later U-Haul changed my pickup location to a place 13 miles away from me which added nearly $30 in cost due to their .99/ mile. Then that location did not have the truck I needed!
