The feedback is overall poor service by uhaul. The locations were fine as it was a mobile pickup and drop off. However, the online system kept going down and photos were very hard to upload so the pickup process took more than 1 hour. I ALSO did not receive the dolly as ordered, phone customer service was poor and I was basically told "oh well..dont worry you'll get a refund" when it was 2 handicap women trying to move an apartment. The dolly was very important. The reservation was not inputed correctly causing delays. Then I received a call on day 2 that we were supposed to have the rental back the night before and we were late. BUT the uhaul was reserved for 4 days. The whole process was terrible. I will not use uhaul again nor recommend to anyone.
Jennifer RIt would be nice if an email was sent telling a customer what the check in process will be, in more detail, especially when the pick is during an authorized locations off hours.
Marques LMake the drop off easier. After moving for 10 or plus hours and standing out in the 87° weather being eaten alive by mosquitoes I was not interested in downloading the app in order to turn in my vehicle.
