The location was clean and nice, the gentleman that assisted us was also very nice. The van itself had not been cleaned in quite some time. Very dirty, there was a bit of trash as well as ashes from whomever smoked in it prior. I did go back into the building after smelling the smoke in the van, but no one came to the desk for a few minutes so I left. We actually wiped down the entire dash just so that it didn’t feel so dirty. I know that rental vans are not going to be clean as your own vehicle however we is renters are paying a cleaning fee, which is obviously not being done on a regular basis I had to purchase air fresheners to mask the smell of smoke.

I had trouble using the app. It would not allow me to sign in for pick up or return. Kept getting an error message that the site was down. I had to use the mobile website for pickup, but could not use the same mobile website for return. App was inoperable for both. So for return, after 20 minutes of fighting the technology, i just dropped the keys in the box and said heck with it. Not at all reflection on the location. Nice people.
