There was no one who knew anything about Uhaul trucks. I was told by lady in the office to just park the truck and it would be taken care of. It was very disconcerting not to have someone who I could speak with who is more familiar with Uhaul.

KELLY TThis was a flooring shop with a shop worker telling you where to park and put the key in the box. NO UHAUL staff, will be in later (this was at 1029am). My vehicle was turned in the 20th at 1029! That evening, it was still shown as out and overdue?? I called the national number, she was extremely helpful...took all my concerns!! Next day, a regional person called to verify where I dropped it off. I told her where as I have videos and pics of where. Unacceptable to have to go through much effort torment/return a vehicle.

Freddy WThe only negative in the return was that it was not the closest to my new home. The return site was a U-haul decision so had nothing to do with the drop off location.
Michael MThis location didn't have the dolly I requested and no one bothered to let me know until I picked it up and it wasn't there. Dollys are pretty essential when moving. It ended up costing more, unnecessary money. The check engine light was on the majority of the trip.
Kendra MTraining to have the equipment ready and have a person to help the costumer to connect the trailer. This is the first time I have problems. This place was the first time I picke up, back of the trailer was super dirty.
ROSEMBERG BI ordered 26 truck and when I got the key out of the box it was for a 20 truck so . I call and talk to someone from U-Haul and spent 30 mins and all they could do is tell me to drive 20 out of my way . I had to take this you and spend more time moving and more trips
ALFRED LIt was difficult to take side pictures of truck because they were parked so close together.
Scott RI had a great experience with the rep. I signed the paperwork, pulled up to the trailer and hooked up. We noticed the lights weren't working so he tested my wiring. Come to find out I had a couple blown fuses. Fixed on the spot and pulled right on out. 10/10
