I ordered 26 truck and when I got the key out of the box it was for a 20 truck so . I call and talk to someone from U-Haul and spent 30 mins and all they could do is tell me to drive 20 out of my way . I had to take this you and spend more time moving and more trips

I had a great experience with the rep. I signed the paperwork, pulled up to the trailer and hooked up. We noticed the lights weren't working so he tested my wiring. Come to find out I had a couple blown fuses. Fixed on the spot and pulled right on out. 10/10
