Improve location office and service. Had to ring bell and wait for someone to come. The pickup location was move the night before I was to pick up, and did not receive a text msg. Went to original location and they advised they don't handle trucks there. You'd think that would've been noted when I reserved pickup location on line the WEEK BEFORE. So I was delayed in getting the truck I reserved.

The location is not inviting. I did mobile drop off. There were a few individuals looking at used cars in the lot after hours. One of them approached us and started bothering us while I was trying to check out. It was unsettling because we were alone and because he was exhibiting strange behavior. This was made more difficult by the fact that the web app would not recognize my location (which I confirmed was turned on) and would not let me proceed. Luckily it worked on my wife's phone. If any of this stuff could be prevented in the future, it would provide a better experience.

U Haul standards, seem to have fallen significantly. Your agent at this location , made me think I was an interruption, to his repair shop duties. Having inspected the wear on the tires as well as asking when were the wheel bearings last packed, I did not feel confident with the answers. Anyway, your 5 X 8 enclosed trailer did the job for us. It took me over 30 minutes to check out. I was stuck in a small room with this guy and the first thing he did was now his nose and then reach out a picked up my license. Hopefully I won't get covid-19.

Didn't know which truck was ours. Also when I told him I was returning it to Archbold OH was never told that site was closed. So got charges extra for the miles because we then had to return it to Wauseon Oh which is farther down the road.

The parking lot at Florida Car Connection where I rented the truck is in desperate need of repair. Lots and lots of pot holes exist and have been that way for years. I have rented from u-haul several times now the past couple of years and the pick up locations always seem to get changed on me at the last minute.

We were not informed at the time of registration or pick up on the process of check out after hours. We had truck back on lot and locked up at 7:30 pm and at 8pm we got a text message saying we had to take pic of millage and everything to make sure we had back on time to avoid $20 late fee. We had already locked truck up or we would have done that process. Now we know for next time.

Don't say one thing and then do another. All U-Haul services should charge what they advertise. What bill you print out should be bill customer pays,NOT get hit with extras you never told them about.

The system was not working so they were not able to take my payment for mileage overage. I was told it would be taken care of and charged to my credit card. Now I get an email saying I am past due and you are charging a late fee.

This location charged me for gas not being full enough when my paperwork shows it's actually over...They also charged me an additional day and miles which were also authorized already. Total charge was an extra $189 and now I have to wait for an $79 refund that should have been closer to $90 but this rude individual charged me for the gas as well and I don't have the patience to call corporate back and explain. Corporate did look into and issue a refund within the hour so I have no complaints with them. It isn't there fault I'm too annoyed with this location to explain the extra gas charge on top of all the others. I'll just settle for the amount they came up with but I'll never deal with this location again.

The instructions for dropping off the keys were not clear. We were not told to have a copy of the contract to put in the dropbox. Luckily, we had a smartphone and were able to complete the process online. My fiance does not have a smartphone and would have had to come all the way home to print that contract and bring it back, adding miles to the u-haul.

I got double charged by these f*****g a**holes. I had a trailer for less than 24 hours and they charged me 80.00. F**K YOU!

This location should have offered to help hook up the trailer to the vehicle and offer a ball and slider so the trailer can hook up to the vehicle. The guy just told me to go to Autozone and buy the needed parts. Also, it took a long time to finalize the rental to get on the road so a shorter time to get it rented out would be helpful. Nice guy but not the smoothest operation.

When refueling truck with gas, the gauge got stuck, ended up added more than needed.

I was charged for an additional day inspitebif the fact that the trailer being returned within the 2 day contracted time. I will never pick up a trailer from this facility again. I have used U-Haul several times in the last 3 years to move my children into/out of college and have never had such poor service. “Danny” at this U-Haul faculty states that he will refund the over charge. I will dispute the charge with Discover if not done by the end of the business day today 1/9/18.

Got what I needed and was happy with ease of transaction and pickup and drop off and the price was very fair however wouldn't mind if I was treated like I wasn't going to trash the truck and threatened with heavy fines. You have my license and credit card. I am a 54 yr old man not a 16 yr old. I would use again if I needed it. This was for a local house to house move.

The owner called me the day of pickup to tell me he was closed when I wanted to pick up my trailer. I agreed to come back at 3, when we got there he was gone doing something else, and we had to stand around in the parking lot until he returned. He was difficult to get a hold of and his voicemail couldn't even accept another message when trying to get in touch. When I did talk to him he sounded like I was the most inconvenient part of his day.

Truck was in very bad shape mechanically. It should not even been released for rental. Transmission was not working properly. It seemed like it had not been driven for over 5+ years, like it had just been sitting. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of your vehicle.

We were 30 mins late turning in the Uhaul after renting it for 3 days and called to let them know and we was still charged for the entire day today and was never offered to keep it since we were paying for it then we were charged for 2 dollys and only had 1 and was charged for furniture pads that we never asked for.

we filled the gas and the man claimed we didn't fill the gas at all and charged us. it cost almost 130$ for a local move. his attitude was poor. and he was not easily available nor accessible. I would never recommend anyone to this man. EVER. in fact I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of him.

Was an inconvenience to have to leave Wilmington to get a truck. No uhaul dealers open on Saturday or Sunday in Wilmington, Ohio.

The cab of truck was dirty. Cigarette butts and ashes overflowing from the ashtry. I don't smoke and did not appreciate this, as it was not my mess to clean up. The floor was muddy. The entire cab was covered in dog and cat hair. This is a problem for me because our son is epipen allergic to dogs. I had to clean the truck not only after I used it but before I could use it. This should have been taken care of. I received no apologies for the mess or thank yous for the cleaning I did.
