She made it very easy and ironed out a mess that could have easily been avoided with the company as a whole. Was supposed to pick up a trailer at another location, and the equipment list wasn’t accurate. The manager of the other location was quick to call this location and they both worked quickly to get me set up. Great customer service from both locations.

They didn't have a huge selection, meaning it's not a "one stop shop" offering everything Uhaul offers, but a very easy to find location, great customer service and it was the easiest trailer return experience I've had. Certainly much better in person instead of an app-driven return experience which takes so much time.
