Improve location office and service. Had to ring bell and wait for someone to come. The pickup location was move the night before I was to pick up, and did not receive a text msg. Went to original location and they advised they don't handle trucks there. You'd think that would've been noted when I reserved pickup location on line the WEEK BEFORE. So I was delayed in getting the truck I reserved.

The location is not inviting. I did mobile drop off. There were a few individuals looking at used cars in the lot after hours. One of them approached us and started bothering us while I was trying to check out. It was unsettling because we were alone and because he was exhibiting strange behavior. This was made more difficult by the fact that the web app would not recognize my location (which I confirmed was turned on) and would not let me proceed. Luckily it worked on my wife's phone. If any of this stuff could be prevented in the future, it would provide a better experience.

U Haul standards, seem to have fallen significantly. Your agent at this location , made me think I was an interruption, to his repair shop duties. Having inspected the wear on the tires as well as asking when were the wheel bearings last packed, I did not feel confident with the answers. Anyway, your 5 X 8 enclosed trailer did the job for us. Didn't know which truck was ours. Also when I told him I was returning it to Archbold OH was never told that site was closed. So got charges extra for the miles because we then had to return it to Wauseon Oh which is farther down the road.

The parking lot at Florida Car Connection where I rented the truck is in desperate need of repair. Lots and lots of pot holes exist and have been that way for years. I have rented from u-haul several times now the past couple of years and the pick up locations always seem to get changed on me at the last minute.

We were not informed at the time of registration or pick up on the process of check out after hours. We had truck back on lot and locked up at 7:30 pm and at 8pm we got a text message saying we had to take pic of millage and everything to make sure we had back on time to avoid $20 late fee. We had already locked truck up or we would have done that process. Now we know for next time.

Don't say one thing and then do another. All U-Haul services should charge what they advertise. What bill you print out should be bill customer pays,NOT get hit with extras you never told them about.

The system was not working so they were not able to take my payment for mileage overage. I was told it would be taken care of and charged to my credit card. Now I get an email saying I am past due and you are charging a late fee.

This location charged me for gas not being full enough when my paperwork shows it's actually over...They also charged me an additional day and miles which were also authorized already. Total charge was an extra $189 and now I have to wait for an $79 refund that should have been closer to $90 but this rude individual charged me for the gas as well and I don't have the patience to call corporate back and explain. Corporate did look into and issue a refund within the hour so I have no complaints with them. It isn't there fault I'm too annoyed with this location to explain the extra gas charge on top of all the others. I'll just settle for the amount they came up with but I'll never deal with this location again.

my son dropped it off but said everything was good

The instructions for dropping off the keys were not clear. We were not told to have a copy of the contract to put in the dropbox. Luckily, we had a smartphone and were able to complete the process online. My fiance does not have a smartphone and would have had to come all the way home to print that contract and bring it back, adding miles to the u-haul.
