My friend was hooking up the trailer. He has pulled a trailer before so he knew how. The guy there was impressed but then said he got the last one and when we got it to my house to load it wasn’t done. Could have had a problem.

Anthony Viuncent MangoneThe location is very small. Fortunately there was one open spot I could back the trailer in to. I got there after hours and unfortunately passed it the first time as there was no signage I could see at night (there were 3 of us in the truck and we didn't see any). Turned into a parking lot after we passed the address to try and look at google maps to see what to look for. I guess that was a blessing as I unloaded the car there since there was lighting and there was no good lighting at the U-Haul center. I guess I was also fortunate it was after hours as I would not have been able to back it up into the one and only vacant spot had there been any customers there due to how small the lot is.
Douglas MasonI needed to keep the trailer an extra day or two and when I called to tell them the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and when I did drop it off it was after hours but the location was easy to access

SANDRA DAVISI may have arrived at an inopportune time for the business manager as he seemed preoccupied with other tasks. It seemed like I had to guide his decision-making process. UHaul does not appear to be the primary business at this location and it seems that UHaul activities receive lower priority.
Mark PriestHas nothing to do with the service center, but my hauler was noted not to go above 55mph, yet on my trip I observed many of the exact same haulers going well above on I75. Is this necessary, or a suggestion? It made my trip almost 1.5 hours longer each way. Clarification on the equipment before rental on line would be helpful. The center itself was extremely helpful, polite and would not hesitate to return.

Michael BurghartAs a handicapped person I was told to go out and connect my own 8x12 trailer to my truck. And when I said there was no way I could do that she just shrugged her shoulders. I then said I would have to just go to a different location to get it. She called someone on her walkie. She spoke only in Spanish while I was in there and made racial comments in Spanish about Americans. Wow! I was shocked that she would just assume that I didn’t speak Spanish. I will NOT visit this location again because the customer service was not acceptable at all. I felt that I was being a burden to them because I was renting THEIR product.

Kathleen COONEYSEE MY OTHER COMMENTS! All people where great but your logistic personnel should be fired. 1.5 hours ride ( 3 hour round trip) for 2.8 hour is unreasonable especially after request the equipment back in March

LaVerne RothI had to travel 2 hours out of my way to Port Charlotte from Sebring to pick up the trailer. Not impressed at ALL! Considering the fact that this trailer was booked 6 weeks in advance and was also booked at a U Haul dealership 500 feet from my residence.
