The truck only had 1/3 tank of gas. The girl working didnt go over anything with me or go out to the truck before I left or after. I put gas back in it up to 1/3 tank but she charged me for gas because she didn't ask. I called the u-haul rep and he refunded me that money. There was no customer service at the store. Very different from where I usually go
