LAKIA SNo one was there when I arrived during posted business hours. I used the key drop box. The facility appeared to be clean, from what I could see through the windows. It was not welcoming, due both to the locked doors and the lack of any sign indicating where to park the truck, etc.

John MThe communication was pooor , no one picks up the phone . I dropped my truck off to location the same night I got it. Around 7pm . I dropped the Keys in the drop off lock box . They didn’t check the lock box that night & it took them 10 days to sign the truck in as returned & they signed it as returned the wrong day . Very stressful experience & the most stressful part of my move.

DENNIS BSecond time using this location and everything is a breeze. Wish the checkout/return was a little easier to get to. Especially when you are in a hurry. Wish they would send a link or something to your email for the return.
Cody HUsing the app to pick up and turn in is great. It seems troublesome because of not being used to it... but not much more time consuming than doing it with a person. Also, I have seen people complain about doing this with the app. I had an issue with the app about a decade ago, but none since, including this time. Technology is not perfect, but hey.

CATHERINE CThe computers were down and the person took a picture of the credit card and license. However, they failed to use the credit card given to the, causing a big financial issue. After hours on the phone and attempting to resolve the issue the matter was finally taken care of by an area manager but no one at the storage unit, physically at the location could be reached by phone

CARLOS OEvery time I have rented from this location there is never anyone at the desk, even during normal business hours. The check in process via the website told me to get my keys from the desk. After calling the location I was redirected to uhaul customer service because they could not locate an employee. The uhaul representative gave me the lock code to retrieve the keys, the website never have me this information. Wasted an hour of time for no good reason. I have never had a pleasant experience renting from uhaul and I will do my best to avoid them from now on.

LISA BHad discussion with the Plantation representative about returning my trailer on Monday 10/7. It was requested that I be there before 4:30 or 5:30 since the site staff may go home early that day. When I arrived at 4:00, no one was there and had to leave the trailer in the parking lot without any drop-off acknowledgement.
Gerald PYou need a sign on the main road to indicate where the business office is. Bob handled my local reservation and was extremely courteous, helpful, and patient.

CORNELIUS JLocation made us check in via app which is more complicated than checking in with a person, we then had to call uhual customer service because the app wasn't working. Eventually since we were sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes the guy said he'd check us is.
Jaclyn LI will not ever do the rental again online pick up and drop off. When I picked it up the check engine light was on. Made me very nervous. When I returned the truck you ask for all these photos and scans etc. There was NO LIGHTING to scan the bar code or take pictures. Had to drive up and parallel to the building. It is very dark there for a single person returning a truck to get out take all those pictures and send and wait for them to process. More lightning definitely needed

Paul CPeople at the location and area were excellent, but for the uhaul app, location services were awful and could not confirm that I was in the area. Took us over 1 hour to get into the truck. My suggestion for improvement would be to not offer mobile pick up at this location unless a new cellular tower is in place.
Michelle SIt appears as though I was charged for fuel. I brought it back with 3/4 of a tank while it only had 5/8 of a tank to start.

Carla LThe gentleman at Flowers was nice and very helpful but $270 for a half a day's use of a truck is ridiculous. The app to pick up and drop off the truck would not work and was overly difficult. The app would not recognize my location, or the pictures i would have to download for it. I had to contact customer service for help. (Who was a very helpful person) I was forced to provide multiple references when I have previously rented trucks with no issues. Overall, a poor experience with UHAUL this time, Not Flowers Plantation.
MICHAEL BIt's your reservations(lack of)system that got everybody stressed the heck out!!! Can't trust that you will actually provide what you say you will when you say you will where you say you will.......
Lawrence OGreat customer service! Mark was so kind and pleasant, he went above and beyond to make the UHaul rental experience go as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking or needing to rent a UHaul.

Alexis MWe gave the truck back with over $50 more in gas then when we got it. The gentleman who was kinda only said we would be SOL when I came to any discount or money back when we paid more to leave it with more gas than when we took it. Kind of crappy we only got $8 for the gas in consideration
Stephan DThe Uhaul app is horrible and there is a lot that isnt explained before you get the truck through the app. Dropping it off was a nightmare too. Also the price was WAY more than i expected. I returned the truck a day early and got charged for the next day. And what is an EZ fuel charge of $45 plus $30 for the gas. Very disappointing experience.

MICHAEL ROn the only 2 occasions that I came to the office there was a sign on the door saying “be back in 5-10 minutes” both times I waited. When I returned my utility cart I waited more than 10 minutes. You need to have some type of doorbell or alert for the employee to know someone is waiting.
Alex IThe virtual check in experience was terrible! It took about 30 minutes and was was very frustrating. My husband went in to ask for help and was told “you just have to finish it” we continued to work on getting through the process and had another question but this time when I went to the door there was a note that said the attendant would be back later.
