Paid for 2 dollys but the location did not have any. The guy at the desk realized this and rather than calling me or taking the charge off of my rental before I arrived decided to wait for me to come pick up the truck before he told me. Since I did not know this, I checked in on the app and when I came inside to get the key I found out that there were no dollys and was told he couldn’t refund me because I already did the check in.

Hello, I rented a truck earlier but the back door was not properly maintained and it got stuck. Because of that, the door would not close and I had to return the truck without being able to complete what I needed to do. I was already charged for that rental, and since the truck was not usable, I filed a claim so the charge can be removed. I need the refund or the charge reversed so I can rent another truck and complete my move. Please let me know when the charge will be removed or how we can resolve this so I can rent a truck again. Thank you.
ISAAC NI returned the truck after an hour of having it and the uhaul representative said the system was down so he couldn’t put it in the system. He wait till 1:03 to submit the truck returned. I took photos with timestamps
