It took forever to get checked in. Then they forgot one of the Dollie’s I ordered. Plus passenger side rear brake and turn signal light were out

No one there to help with the rental. I reserved a trailer at the Roseville California location on Willis. I was sent to a location behind a car wash an extra 20 miles away. I will avoid Uhaul when possible.
