Picking up and dropping off were super easy as was finding the location. We were so grateful to the gentleman who called us while we were struggling in the morning… I had downloaded the app, but was still having trouble, and although it was 6:30 in the morning, he called my cell phone and helped us through our struggles. Started off moving day so much better and with much less stress. Thank you, thank you!

I was late, returning the truck due to my own misunderstanding and being shorthanded with help unexpectedly.He was so kind and understanding. The truck also was new and clean. Seems to have a lot of trucks here and they really care about their customers. I saw the service he was giving to others as well. This place is definitely dedicated to giving good care to their Uhaul customers

Bryan PInitially I was to go to 501 Bidwell which is the location I ordered online. No one there to assist me. Went to Reading street where the attendant argued with me before accepting my receipt. Terrible and disrespectful

Also, there was no one at the location when we dropped off at the schedule time so we had to unload the trailer ourselves. I called after we dropped it off to let them know that it was there, and the person said he was off that day. However, the drop off date and time were scheduled by U-Haul, not by us.
STEPHEN CThe company itself needs to do waaaaaaay. Better when it comes to communication and the app is the worst thing ever. Got charged way too much and kept freezing. Take pics of the truck miles and damages prior to and post at your own risk via app.

Katherine WI picked up from Bakersfield, no issues at all. At drop off (Folsom) , nobody was there. I called the number eventhough it is within operating hours and I was told he is not coming. Did not get the receipt a day after drop off. Poor service.

Debra HLocation services are abysmal at this location so trying to use the app to rent the truck was frustrating. The truck was supposed to be issued in clean condition but was dirty, covered in bugs, and just generally disgusting. Speaking with customer service made the overall experience even more frustrating as they only complicated the issues further. Overall, I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone due to this experience.
Alexander LTruck was in great condition, easy to access, and the check-in process was very convenient. I received excellent customer service upon returning the truck. I would rent from here again and I would recommend this location to others.
Cynthia HI was charged for blankets and a dolly that I never received. The truck was filthy and only had 1/16 of a tank of gas in it.
Chris PLocation was closed but seeing me on security camera staff took initiative to call my cell phone to instruct me on where to drop equipment for later check-in. Very helpful!
