No one there at 11:30 in the morning! Office looked filthy, but was locked up. Just a locked key box on the outside wall and instructions to log onto u haul for return instructions. These entailed taking multiple pictures of mileage, gas gauge, inside and out of the truck, and both sides and front and back, etc…. And walking through multiple online steps to facilitate the return.
John HAbsolute dump. Not helpful. Tried to charge us for carpet and cleaning for the truck. We did not move carpet, but rather relocated to the area from SoCal. Called and tried to resolve with no response.
