I needed a 10’ truck. I usually rent from the Orangevale, CA location, Better Designs. However they did not have a 10’ available on short notice. I was able to get a reservation through the Pak Mail location in Folsom, CA It was terrible. I had made a reservation online. I went to pick up the truck. She couldn’t figure out how to process it. Although I got there first, she handled three other Pak Mail customers while she was retrying to figure out my reservation. She finally got someone on the phone and figured it out. She gave me the keys and I got the truck. There were only three vehicles there. 2 ten foot trucks and 1nine foot van. The truck she gave me was out of gas. The indicator was below E. I went back inside and she processed another reservation for the other truck. I went back outside. That truck would not even start. It was also out of gas. She then gave me the van. I took it because it was the only one available and it was already closing time at other location. It was smaller than what I needed and I ended up making two trips which cost me twice the mileage. Will Never use that location again.

This was the worst experience ever. I rented had to pay additional $100 as a promise to return truck. Due to mover issues I had to return late. Location worked with me and said leave keys under mat and unlocked when I return the truck, should have known then. Finally I return truck do as I was told parked behind strip mall. Long story short I had to file a police report to find truck that was right where I said behind the strip mall. Then they keep my deposit. Rip offs don’t do business with Darwin at pacmail
