No Questions were asked! The truck had mud on the sides when picked up! Penske is much better, will not be renting from U-Haul anymore. 15.00 dollar truck cleaning fee for someone else’s mess.

Trying to make ppl rent a truck at a closed location is ridiculous. Everything that could go wrong did!

ROSLYN PIt took 2 hours to pick up the rental. The employee working wasn't a problem at all. It was a problem with U-Haul's software. It kept displaying an error message that both the employee at the location and the regional manager could not solve for two hours.
Christopher HThe location is fine but there is no drop box. I called the number listed and no one answered so I was stuck on hold for 20 minutes while u-haul customer service figured out what the manager of the location wanted me to do with my keys. This should not be an after hours location if they don’t have a place to drop the keys. Very frustrating experience.
