I had to close my account because I was moving, But the staff and facility are the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Fontana Storage to anyone needing storage; they are the best!

While the Truck was well maintained I cannot say it was neither clean nor dirty. The outside of the truck did not matter as light rain. The inside of the cabin did have the previous renters debris. Straw wrappers on the floor and other misc. trash including on the passenger driver door. While I did not look on the drivers side floor or door. I did remove the trash on the floor of the passenger side, and did not touch whatever paper was left on the door just in case someone would go back looking for it. I did mention this to the nice man checking us out to make sure we would not get any cleaning fees.
NANCY RWe didn’t ask for a dolly but it came with one anyways and my bf has rented a U-Haul before because he recently moved and he said the dolly’s have straps or a tag or something mines didn’t they never strapped mine a from whoever previously used it

LOURDES MWash the interior and exterior of the truck, I usually rent from the U-Haul facility on Foothill Blvd in Fontana, CA and they wash their trucks completely. I chose this facility do to its proximity to me, less mileage usage, lower cost to me.

No GOnce the tank was full it leaked when ever we came to a stop and then accelerated. It wasn’t until the gas level was below 1/2 tank that the truck quit leaking fuel. Also some how a massive amount of water got into the cargo area unbeknownst to me and damaged our product.

KIRK FThe originally chosen location that is close to my home/moving area was in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. An hour before pick-up time, I was informed my order would not be able to be completed at that location, and instead was routed to a pick-up location that was 15 miles in the other direction. It was disappointing, and frustrating, especially since it was such short notice, and because I pay for mileage and this change added an additional 30+ miles than I had budgeted for.

JIM VRamps were a bit hard to pull out and push in but otherwise equipment was tip top. I never have a bad experience when I Trust in UHaul equipment. They never let me down and are always the safest and best for my needs. I always feel confident when I use UHual equipment.

Gabriel MI was charged for a dolly that was not supplied. Over charged as well when I was quoted $70 and charged $98. I would never recommend this service nor location. Worst experience especially since since my account was low on funds since I am moving.

However, I waited 10 minutes in the office with another guy who was also waiting. No one was in the office anywhere for at least 10 minutes and there was no sign saying someone would return within a timeframe.

LAWRENCE VPlease be sure that the key in the lock box is not wedged into the box so that the box will not open. I almost gave up and cancelled my rental because the top of the card that the key was on was wedged under the bolt at the top of the front sliding door.
Amanda LI never received any callbacks about my unit. I was in the hospital and fell back on payments and honestly slipped my mind until I called. I was told a manager would be reaching out and they never did. I’m literally just finding out you all emptied my unit without my knowledge. My mom died when I was 14 and some of my lasts things I have from her are in there. I literally have nothing and been living in my car so to find out I just lost my last of everything to my name is hurtful. I was just gonna go down there tomorrow!!! Martha RRental equipment was not in the truck at time of pick up. Person who checked me in wasn’t very friendly and didn’t help me with the dolly at all. She didn’t even know which truck was mine. I asked how I would know, on the keys has a code but the code isn’t visible on the outside of the truck. I only knew it was my truck because I tried the keys. Truck had a bad alignment and was hard to drive. Overall it got the job done, but staff was not helpful.

ALLISON CIt was not the location that I was unhappy with it was the representative that did not tell me that I would end up paying $1.09 a mile to rent a $19.99 truck. I ended up spending $384.00. When I selected the box I do not agree with the price no one call me to discuss. Next time I would go to another rental place and maybe they can be more honest.

Larry BOverly priced and there vehicles odometers go double what a car would be. Mine said I went over one hundred miles and in reality I only went sixty. So they charged me for all those extra miles. Wouldn’t use them again with all these hidden fees. They advertise 19.99 for the rental and you land up paying $250 all said and done. U-haul is a rip off.
