I was charged for a dolly that was not supplied. Over charged as well when I was quoted $70 and charged $98. I would never recommend this service nor location. Worst experience especially since since my account was low on funds since I am moving.

The guy who eventually came out to help was very nice and professional. He assisted me in closing out my truck and I'm satisfied with his assistance. However, I waited 10 minutes in the office with another guy who was also waiting. No one was in the office anywhere for at least 10 minutes and there was no sign saying someone would return within a timeframe.

LAWRENCE V.Please be sure that the key in the lock box is not wedged into the box so that the box will not open. I almost gave up and cancelled my rental because the top of the card that the key was on was wedged under the bolt at the top of the front sliding door.
